三十：Decisions

Your POV:

I'm at home with Yu since it's the weekend and Yu wanted Zhi to come back. He called him and now we're waiting for him to get back. I was looking at his grades from school and they were pretty low.

" You gotta get those grades up Yu. I can help you study, it's just that Zhi might do better since he already know's how to do this stuff. I'll be doing it next year.

" I thought you already take higher level classes?" Yu said as I nodded.

" I am, but I still don't know this." I replied as he nodded.

A few minutes later, Zhi came into the house and Yu went right up to him.

" Can you help me?" Yu asked him as he sighed. He took the paper out of Yu's hands and they both sat down the couch.

" My teacher said if I don't get my grades up, then I can't be on the tennis team anymore. I need parent's permission." Yu added.

" Does mom and dad know about this?" He asked Yu.

" No...I was hoping you could do it..." Yu quietly confessed. I sighed at this as I tapped Yu on the shoulder since he was in between Zhi and I.

" You need to tell mom and Dad about this and then you can focus on your grades better." I told him as he looked at me.

" I will sign it, but I have to agree that you should stop playing tennis and focus on your studies." Zhi stated as I nodded.

" So you guys won't help me?" He asked us beside him as I side hugged him. 

" I'll help you." I told him as I smiled at him which he smiled as well.

" I'll help you too, with you studies. You both have us." Zhi said as he wrapped an arm around hi shoulders as he gave him back the report of his grades.

Lu Xia texted me out of the blue. Of course I don't mind that and it was the middle of the day, right after lunch too. Plus I have. I no homework.

(On messages with Lu Xia and Zhou Jia)

Lu Xia: Hey, do you have free time?

Me: Yeah, I'm bored

Lu Xia: Do you want to hangout and play some tennis with me?

Me: Yeah, I'll be there in 10 mins! Thank you! ᆺㅇ ᆺ

Lu Xia: Cute. Your welcome, I'll see you soon :)

I left him on read as I did a double take to look at my phone.

He used emojis to express himself? He NEVER does that. For the period of time we text back and forth, I hub's seen anything like than from him.

Lu Xia's POV: 

I decided to invite Zhou Jia over because I felt like I needed some company. Dad was here, but now he went out to get groceries. He also encouraged me to hangout with my friends and not be alone. He  allowed to bring friends over too. Zhou Jia is the first person that posed into my mind...actually  can't stop thinking of her lately.

I cleaned up a little in the living room and my room as well. After, I set up the tennis court and then I just waited for Zhou Jia to come.

about 5 minetues later, I heard the gate bell rang so I looked out to see Zhou Jia waving. I let her in as I smiled and we walked inside my house. 

" You can put your stuff in my room if you want and we don't have to practice tennis right now. We could do something else if you want to." I suggested as she nodded while smiling softly.

" Um, we can practice tennis later if you want." She responded as I nodded.

" Okay, um do you just want to go to my room?" I asked her as she nodded.

We settled on my bed as she got her laptop out and we watched a movie about sports, and in the middle it there was a  love scene. It made me a little embarrassed...

I quickly glanced at Zhou Jia who had a blush across her cheeks. We had AirPods in so no one could hear it besides us.

To be honest, I kinda got turned on...I don't know if it was the love scene, Zhou Jia sitting next to me, or Zhou Jia and the love scene together. I know I shouldn't think like that, but what do you expect out of a teenage boy?

When the love scene was done, I was kind of relieved. We continued watched the movie. I thought this was a movie that was appropriate at this age. We were watching in on NETFLIX.

Why is there two love scenes? I thought this had no love scenes at all?

Throughout the movie, Zhou Jia and I have just been scorching closer and closer during the movie. I haven't even realized until the second love scene came up. I briefly glanced at her and then looked down to our hands barely touching. I moved my hand and connected it with hers, intertwined my fingers with hers.

I really want to confess right now, but I don't know if she's ready.

Your POV:

I really want to cuddle him. Kiss him. He just clapped our hand together as I am now hole his hand. I guess he got a but horny during the love scenes. I don't really mind that but there a bit embarrassing to watch with your crush. 

I was trying to choose if I should confess right now. Should I?

I leaned my head against his shoulder as I was still deciding.

I should just go for it right? It might ruin our friendship and make it awkward, but I will never know if I would've had gotten a chance with him. 

So difficult.

I looked up at him. In to his eyes as he looked back the same way. It felt like we were the only ones in the world.

I slowly leaned in as I looked at his lips...I cupped his face as I pulled I'm into he kiss.

I was really great and I felt a spark that I didn't with Qiao Ze. 

I really wanted to keep kissing him, but I'm guessing this is his first kiss, so I let go.

I looked up at him as he looked back with a surprised face.

" I'm sorry." I quietly told him as I tore away from his gaze.
