// just a filler! Sorry for being inactive :) I'm going to start posting regularly but I've been so busy. (Warning, mentions of d*ath)"Welcome back, I expected to see you sooner." Draco let out a soft chuckle, a smile that was plastered over his face, his hair that looked so soft and clean today, his black suit fitted his body perfectly, the pale skin glowing with hints of sunlight arraying directly in his direction, he looked like a fallen angel who turned to be the devil in disguise, "couldn't get enough of me?" He teased, the thick accent of his made your heart pound into your chest, being in his presence already made you nervous enough, and now the teasing?
"well for your information, this was my city first." your eyes rolled at the blonde in front of you, who crossed his arms over his chest, still sitting on the white couch leg crossed over the other, a gold coffee table sat directly in front of him, historical books sat on the table followed by a black cup of coffee, the bitter aroma of the coffee made your nose twitch.
"And for your information darling, you desired me." Draco beamed proudly to use that comment as he pleased, whenever you were done being a brat, "I don't desire you." You scoffed sitting on one of the arm chairs. "Of course you would say that, you never admit anything. and when you do, you instantly regret it." Draco raised an eyebrow at you, it was almost as if he was reading your life story. "What are you reading?" You asked, curious as to how many books were sprawled out on the table, each book with a different cover, a few you knew were historical, a few unknown to you, but felt so familiar.
"Oh nothing." You could've taste the lie that rolled off of his tongue, the words spilt from his mouth bitterly, cold and distasteful. "do not lie to me, I will remove you." You warned, "it's your journal." He admitted, "I wanted to learn more about you," he added sheepishly, not meeting your eye in fear you will hurt him, even though you physically can't hurt the boy portrayed in front of you, he was merely a desire, a lost spirit in world with two people to ever walk the land you've created in your mind.
"And what did you find?" You raised an eyebrow placing one hand on your hip as you watched as his parted his lips only to close them again, trying to find the right words to say. "You've been through a lot." Draco let out a sigh and you shot him a smile, "yeah, that's kind of why my life is like this now." You agreed, but can only blame yourself for the consequences and the life you chose for yourself.
Drugs didn't choose you, you chose drugs. "Yeah but why did you decide that you needed drugs?" Draco asked, clear confusion written onto his face, "it was a gateway, a gateway to get out of the life I'm in." You shrugged, pulling out a pack of cigarettes from your pocket, "want one?"
"No, I don't smoke" Draco rolled his eyes at you, "the real Draco smokes." You replied, and he scoffed, "I'm not the real Draco." He defended himself, "I'm in your imagination darling, this is all your imagination." He added in. "Why don't you change?" Draco looked at you with pure sincerity.
"Why should I? I mean look at this, this is all mine." You pointed all around you, showing him around the room, the different colored marbles, the different colored gold and silver that shone across the room in many decorations. "Because it isn't real."
"Of course it's real, why wouldn't I be here?" You replied, "because when you're high, you can see things, y/n. You can be whenever you want to be, but in reality. You are in your real life, at home." Draco was fuming with anger, he was no longer sitting, but pacing around the room, fiddling with his fingers.
"That's correct, but my mind isn't there. It's here, my mind is filled with beautiful sceneries, and all the things that comfort me, and bring me peace, and spark my joy. That's all I want in life draco, is a spark of joy." You sighed defeated. "So go find it."
"Go find this joy sparking life you wish to have, go find the person who will treat you right, get off of drugs, go travel. Get out of Hogwarts if it means you so wrong, go do all the things you wanted to do, without drugs." Draco was half shouting at you, and you couldn't bare the tension in the room.
"But it's not that simple, fake Draco. It's not! I can't just open my eyes and expect my life to be this fairy tail that I have planned out in front of me." Anger fumed in your bloodstream as he spoke to you, each word that poured out was filled with venom, he was getting on your nerves and he knew that, but that was his plan along. "So get off of drugs, stop getting high and maybe you can find it. Maybe if you're not so high all day long someone will show interest in you." Draco let out a laugh, his eyes burned into your own.
"I'll have you know, someone does show interest in me." You huffed, lighting up the cigarette and bringing it to your lips, you let out a long drag, exhaling the smoke out into the perfectly lit room, "you're killing yourself, you know?" Draco spat, "you know what? I'm leaving." You yelled at him, removing yourself from the world you used to call your safe haven, now your world is ruined by him.
you awoke in Fred's arms, sweat dripping from your forehead, you carefully removed yourself from his body, without waking him up, you rushed out of the room, anger was still boiling in your body, it's not real, it's not real, you chanted to yourself as you carefully made it without being caught to the astronomy tower, you took in a breath of fresh air, holding tightly onto the railing.
"It would be better if I just pitched myself off of the astronomy tower." You mumbled to yourself as a stream of tears began to roll down your flushed cheeks, your face felt burning hot but the wind cooled you down.
"That wouldn't escape your problems, darling."
