"Narcissa" my blonde haired mother greeted the women with white and black hair standing in front of us with a bright smile plastered on her lips.
"Diana, it's so good to see you," Mrs Malfoy happily greeted back and brought my mother into a soft hug.
My father, my mother and I stood outside Malfoy manor. The Malfoys were good friends with us Clairs. When I was younger, maybe five years old? My family used to come here to visit the Malfoys. But that stopped when I got older and started attending Beauxbatons.
I remember that the Malfoys got a son, Draco Malfoy. He was a cruel little blonde headed boy, I didn't like him, he was mean and found it amusing to annoy me every time he got the chance. He used to drag me by my hair and always found a way to embarrass me. I remember one time at the Malfoy's annual New Year ball when he pushed me onto the dance floor and made me trip on my face. I didn't like him, I loathed him so much that I could say that I hated him.
My mother, Diana Clair, is a French rich Veela. A pure blood witch. And my father, Andrew Clair, is a British rich pureblood wizard. I look like my mother but I have my father's eyes and his hair color. Long silky brown hair, ocean blue eyes and pink heavy upper lips.
"Andrew." A man with long white — blonde hair said, greeting my father as he held his hand up for him to shake.
"Lucius." My father exclaimed back with a small grin on his face.
They led us into the big manor, it was beautiful but had a dark aesthetic. There were many golden decorations, dark paintings on the walls and the floor was marble.
I took off my coat and handed it to one of the house elves named, what I think was Diddy. I sent him a nice smile before he disappeared.
We went into the dining room, there was a big, long table in the middle. I took a seat between my parents, Lucius and Narcissa took a seat in front of us but saved a seat between them.
Lucius let out a scoff as his facial expressions remained stern, "My son is late. I deeply apologize for that."
After an awkward moment of silence a blonde boy joined us, taking a seat between his parents. He was wearing a black suit, his hair was a bit messy and his tie was loose. He had a dark purple hue on his neck. A hickey. I could feel the laughter wanting to leave my lips, but I fought the urge to let it out, but he looked so dumb.
"Draco, I see you finally decided to join us for dinner?" Lucius said in a stern voice to his son.
"Yes father — I was... busy." He answered his father. But Lucius didn't seem to care more about it as he didn't mention it more. Instead he turned to my parents and started a conversation. A bunch of food appeared on the table. My parents talked to the Malfoys, but I remained silent. And so did Draco.
"Belle, you've grown up to be the young beautiful woman you're meant to be, isn't that right Draco, dear" Mrs Malfoy said, sending me a soft smile before she took a sip from her wine.
"Uh — yes." Draco said, answering his mother. He was just being — or acting respectful, we both knew that we hated each other in the past and that we both still probably feel the same. I knew that he was cruel, mean and a bully, but he didn't show that in front of his parents. He has manners — in front of his parents.
