-Thoughts-
/Parseltongue writing/

Maeve walked to the Slytherin common room where she knew her boys and Daphne would be.

Loki tightened his hold on his human when he felt her anger. The magic coiled around, lashing out with viciousness, in tune with her emotions. Loki could taste the bitterness. His human hadn't seem to notice when the lights began to flicker and the ground began to shake with every step she took, Loki knew it was because of what she truly was. He'd have to help her learn to control or those two brothers might find out, even worse, his brothers might sense her powers.

~Ssshould I eat him?~

Loki hissed, maybe if he got rid of the problem it would be easier but Maeve only let out a low chuckle, she was thinking of letting him do as he pleased but ultimately decided not to.

§No, not yet. I ssstill need him, unfortunately.§

Loki hissed in disappointment, he had been hoping to sink his venomous fangs into the old man the moment he had upset his human the first time. But if she said it wasn't time, then he would have to wait. Even if he didn't want to. Even if he really shouldn't.

They made it down to the freezing dungeons, Maeve clutched her arm closer to her and Loki hissed in discontentment. She really needed to talk to someone about the coldness, it was really a pain having to walk through the cold. Being close to where she met her friends and finding a safe place, Maeve already felt comforted.

"Ambitious."

She finally got them to put a password that was worthy of a Slytherin, no purity or pure-blood nonsense.  The warmth brought on by the flames was soothing and instantly had her relaxing, her boys weren't in the common room which meant they were in their rooms. Though, Daphne was present sitting beside another girl, Tracey Davis, a half-blood witch with long black hair and pretty brown eyes. They were conversing quietly. Maeve didn't like the fact that her only female friend was friendly with someone else, though, she supposes she'd have to learn to live with it.

"Maeve, you're back." Daphne said once noticing her friends return.

The dark haired girl hummed, making her way to the empty seat by the crackling fire, allowing the warmth to envelope both her and Loki. "Yes, but not for long. I'm awaiting the arrival of Lord Lucius to take me to my lunch date with my godfather." Green eyes scanned the other female, before placing a well practiced smile on her pretty face. "Hello, I'm Maeve Potter and you are?" She dismissed the fact that she knew the other girl's name or that the other should very well know hers.

"Tracey Davis," She introduced softly, a shy smile played her lips. "It's nice to formally meet you, Potter."

Maeve smiled prettily. "Likewise." She turned her attention back to Daphne. "The boys are in their dorms?"

The blonde nodded. "Draco had something to discuss with the other boys, said it was strictly male business."

The green eyed beauty cocked a brow at that. "He said that? Hm, well, I had wanted them to see me off. I suppose they are busy, mind telling them bye for me? Professor Snape should be coming for me any moment now, so I won't be able to tell them myself." Daphne nodded with a kind smile, just as the common room doors opened and Snape walked in.

"Potter, I hope you are ready." He drawled, avoiding eye contact.

Maeve stood up and smoothed out the crinkles on her shirt.
