Her twins and their friend, Lee Jordan, walked towards them. She recalled when they said he was trustworthy and so she didn't comment when they all three sat down and began to eat. Her darling boys would never allow someone who could possibly harm her to even come close.

She ate her grits and berries and listened as her twins told their ideas of an upcoming prank, they were clearly smart and deserved more attention than they received. Oh well, if their mother can't appreciate their brilliance then she would. Maeve glanced at Daphne when the girl nudged her gently.

"Professor Quirrell is watching you," the blonde sounded suspicious and Maeve cast a look up at the teachers table, the turban wearing man was indeed looking at her and only stopped when she raised a brow. "Think he's up to something?"

The dark haired continued to stare, something was off with him. He held power yet it seemed to not belong to him directly. "Most definitely, we'll have to keep an eye on him."

"Should we meet in the Library after classes? Or during lunch?" Draco asked, picking at him omelet.

Maeve hummed, rolling her shoulders lightly. "Yes, we have things to plan and I've spoken to Sirius already, he's agreed to help." She waved her hands and conjured up some mice for Loki to eat so he wouldn't complain later about starving. "He also requested that you two write to him." A small finger pointed at her twins, Lee remained quiet as he wasn't fully integrated in the group and didn't want to draw attention to himself.

Fred nodded. "We'll write to him during lunch while we're in the Library."

"Good, I know you two are extremely talented and smart but it always works to have backup plans and we'll need to set up some alibis in case you both get caught." Their green eyed leader said, looking at her devil twins. "Let us know when you plan on starting your pranks so we'd be able to correspond with the time."

They nodded just as Dumbledore stood to dismiss them with a, "Have a good day and make sure to stay off the third floor corridor." Maeve noticed he had looked at her when he said that and she knew with confidence that it was a setup, a test. She also felt a hint of what could be described as compulsion, was he trying to compel her to go down the third corridor? She narrowed her eyes as everyone began filing out to head to class, he wanted her to find the third floor and he likely wanted her to head down the trap door but his reasons were more than likely different from hers. And even if she already had been down, she hated nothing more than an adult trying to force her to do something.

Maeve looked at the Hufflepuff table where the pretty boy remained with a few first years, he seemed to be giving directions. She'd talk to him later hopefully she could catch him when he was alone. It wouldn't do any good to have others listening in to their conversation.

"We have Herbolgy," Theo said as they watched students pass them by and he smirked when the youngest Weasley squeaked and shuffled quickly away from Maeve who glared at the Gryffindor.

Maeve led her snakes down to the green room where professor sprout was waiting at the door, smiling politely. The short girl could clearly see the professor was still a little wary of them but was also warming up to them much faster than the other adults.

"Hello, children! Please come in," She moved aside and allowed them to enter, greeted each student as they walked in. Maeve thought she was doing good so far but would still keep an eye on the woman, maybe she'd warm up quicker when they befriended the Hufflepuff.

Maeve decided to stand in the front rather than the back and her friends were quick to follow, the other Slytherins making room for her. She stood between Draco and Blaise with Daphne and Theo on either side of them. Pansy and Tracey stood to the left of Theo followed by Goyle and Crabbe, the next table had Millicent Bulstrode, Emily Hawkings who was another half-blood and wore glasses, and Louis Avery, the others Maeve hadn't gotten around to fully meeting.
