Another snap.

"Coming right up!" I hurriedly prepared the tea he had requested.

I place the tray in front of Camus.

"Hey...Camus?" I force a smile. "I thought Uncle told us to work on our song..."

"And so?" He sips his drink and gives me a cold gaze.

"SO?" I resist the urge to lash out. "Why the hell am I serving you tea?!"

"You said it yourself." He puts his cup down. "You wanted to know more about me."

"I did say that but..." I just sighed and accepted the situation.

"Quickly, I have a job to attend to." He just got up went ahead of me.

To explain, Uncle had given us a job to perform for the opening ceremony for the new tower he built. Though I never expected working with Camus to be easy, I didn't realize it would be this difficult physically. At first, I wanted to talk with him about it but he dismissed me saying that I should compose a song first then talk with him after. Obviously, I couldn't do that. I wanted to make a unique song for Camus and he just wasn't cooperating at all. This brings us to the current situation.

I began temporarily 'working' for/with, depends on how you view it, Camus himself. I've been following him around trying to get to know him more, at the same time helping him with his work and schedule. Was I a secretary?

"What is today's schedule?" He asks while reading a book inside the moving car.

"Uhm..." I flip through the notebook I had just for his schedule. "Uhh..."

"I have a photoshoot today, then another commercial, after that I'll be appearing in a variety show." He disappointedly sighs and closes his book.

"S-Sorry." I took note of that. Though if he remembers it all why am I even here?

The day proceeded and I noticed a few things. Camus is kind of two-faced. His public appearance is very prince-like, butler vibes, and dare I say kind. Though its like he was levels above us and is of royalty. On the other hand, his private appearance was cold, distant, easily annoyed, and very serious. His aura of royalty doesn't really disappear.

"Camus." I confront him as he was taking a break.

"What is it?" He looks up from his book.

"I told you this before. I want to write a song unique only to you." I hand him my draft. "I want to hear you sing sincerely."

"Sincerely?" He raised a brow at me and accepted the paper. "Hmm..." He began skimming the pages.

Not gonna lie. I was nervous. But I did my best in producing a song worthy of him. I hope.

"It's good enough." He stands up. "I'll write the lyrics for this."

"Just..good enough?" I just stand there defeated. It wasn't the best.

He left the room without another word, left me alone with my thoughts.

"Princess?" Cecil peeked inside.

"Cecil!" I look at him in surprise. "Why are you here?"

"I'm joining Camus later for the variety show." He seems to notice my lack in energy. "Are you okay?"

"Not really?" I sigh again.

"Is Camus bothering you?" Cecil frowned. "I'll tell h-"

"Don't Cecil," I state firmly. "This is my job."
