I'M FINALLY DONE WITH MY FINALS WOHOO! I'll try to update more frequently but I'm gonna be resting a bit since online school really hit my mental health hard. Not to worry though, sometimes writing actually helps put my mind as ease. Stay healthy everyone!

"Are you ready my lady?" Ren opens the door to our car."Yeah. Maybe? Kind of?" I get in the car and so does he.
The driver begins the journey on the way to Raging Entertainment where we'll meet Van.
"Are you tired?" Ren seems to notices my exhaustion.
"I slept a full 8 hours but for some reason, I'm still tired." I don't bother explaining that it was because I was dreading to deal with both flirts.
"You can sleep if you'd like." He winks. "I'll wake you up once we're near."
"I'll take you up on that." So I close my eyes and rest for a while.
Ren then wakes me up and I saw that we arrived at Raging Entertainment. We gather our stuff and head in. Ren stops in front of the room we were meeting Van, so I stopped as well.
"Hmm?" I look at Ren wondering why he stopped.
"It's nothing to worry about lady." Ren smiles and heads on in.
Today we were going to sight-read our lines in a drama where the two main roles were Ren and Van, who are lawyers who have been rivals for a long time. The concept of the drama is a courtroom style where I am the one being accused of something. They sent a script for us in advance but I personally haven't had much time to read it.
I was to compose a song for this drama and act in it which is exhausting enough as it is.
We enter the room and greet everyone. Van waves and winks at me, completely ignoring Ren. The meeting began and Ren had to start reading his lines.
"I, Hono Akira, attorney-at-law have taken this case. You don't need to worry for I never lose." Ren reads his lines passionately.
I deliver my own lines with as much energy as I could.
"Waaah! That was great you two! That's STARISH for yah." Van praises us.
"That's great you two! Love the energy. It's your line now Van."
"Ah, ehem." Van reads his lines rather lackluster.
"That was...a little bland." I agree with the director.
"My bad, this is my first time reading the script." Van apologizes but keeps a light-hearted tone in his voice.
"I apologize! Van is a slow starter so please go easy on him." His agent, I think, covers for him.
The meeting follows the same energy as before which I honestly don't mind as this was our first meeting. Soon enough, the meeting ends and it was our turn to talk about the song all three of us. I told Van to take a 15-minute break first though as we were all exhausted from reading.
"So what are your first impressions?" I ask Ren who's taking a break with me, as I sip my coffee.
"Well he's not what I was expected to say the least." He admits.
We chat a bit more about the script before heading towards our meeting room. Then suddenly someone lightly pushes Ren from behind.
"Yoo! Ren great job a while ago!" It was Van. "I'm looking forward to working with you!"
"Ah..., me too." Ren seems confused by his actions.
"Melody!" He places both hands on my shoulder which surprised me. "I'm so happy to see you again! I'm expecting a great song from you." He was now a little too close to my face for comfort.
