Visible Elf

"We're back!" We hear a voice from the entrance of our dorms.

"Reiji!" We all rush to greet QUARTET NIGHT.

"What are you all doing here?" Tokiya asks.

"We're taking a break." Ai simply states.

"We just came over to say hello!" Reiji smiles at us. "How's the duet project for you guys?"

"We're doing well!" Syo grins. As if everything went smoothly with his project.

"Who's going next?" Ranmaru raises a brow at us.

"Princess and I are next." Cecil looks enthusiastic. "We're working with Amakusa Shion!"

"We're actually on our way to Raging Entertainment to meet up with them." I shoulder my bag. "Shall we go? We don't want to be late."

"Yes! I'm excited about it!"

So we bid the rest of the guys goodbye and went to meet Amakusa Shion. A person who I haven't really talked to at all. Just basic introductions.

On the way there Cecil looked really excited to meet him. I think he was overly enthusiastic about it but no harm comes from that, I think.

"He's pretty late huh." I lean back and check the wall clock. Shion was 30 minutes late.

"Maybe he was held back by a job." Cecil is really optimistic today.

We chatted for a bit when Shion finally appears.

"You're late!" I lightly scold him.

He just quietly sits down in front of us and begins to fiddle with his phone. Cecil and I look at one another awkwardly.

"Hello! I'm Aijima Cecil. I'm looking forward to singing Princess' song with you." Cecil takes his hands.

Shion just wordlessly removes his hands from Cecil's and went back to fiddling his phone.

Time passed by and we didn't get much done. Shion barely spoke to us while we were trying to discuss the theme of the song. Cecil kept trying to involve him and ask for ideas but he just said 'I'll leave it to you.' I couldn't tell why he wasn't interacting with us but I just let him be for now. We still had plenty of time maybe he just needs to warm up to us.

However, next few meetings were not much different unfortunately.

Upon observing the two interact, I noticed that Shion looked like he was forcing himself to be around us. It was like his guard was up when talking to us. Cecil on the other hand kept trying to get Shion to open up which didn't work at all. He seems bothered by the fact that Shion wasn't really enjoying being with us so I told him to give him time to adjust.

A few days passed since then, today I had to go with HEAVENS in their photoshoot for a promotion. I got ready and went to our location.

"Hey there!" Van was the first to greet me.

"Oh, your here." Yamato grins my way.

"You're on time, good!" Eiichi smiles, kinda creepily.

"We're glad to be working with you." Eiji, a face I was glad to see, greeted me.

"Thank you. I'm glad to be working with you all too." I bow to them.

We all got dressed and had our make-up and hair done and began the shoot. The director got different members to pose, some with me in them and some without. Throughout the shoot, I could tell Shion was more relaxed and more open to them. So this was my chance to get some ideas from him.
