"Otoyaaa! Are you ready?" I call out to him from the entrance of his room.

"Almost!"

He hurriedly grabs his things and heads out of his room.

"We're late! We gotta rush!" He said as he checked his watch.

"Crap, you're right! Aghh, this is so your fault!"

And so with a few minutes left to spare we were able to rush into Raging entertainment's building and meet with Eiichi.

"You both are on time! Good!" Eiichi sat, arms crossed inside the meeting room.

"Yeah...we had to rush." Otoya caught his breath.

"Could you give us a minute?" I also struggle to catch my breath.

To be completely honest, I don't have a clue on how these two would work together. Their personalities and character are different from one another, but I think things would turn out fine like how they did with others. Right?

"Ittoki Otoya, do you believe in fate?"

"Huh?" Otoya looks at him confused.

"I believe it is fate that we sing together? Don't you agree?" Eiichi looks at me for confirmation.

"Ah...sure?" I answer hesitantly.

"Let's all get along well!" Eiichi laughs heartily.

"Y-Yeah...sure..." Otoya replies nervously.

"Let's just relax first since this is our first meeting. If you guys have any ideas let me know okay?" I break the weird tension with a smile.

"What do you think of the duet project so far Otoya?" Eiichi asks.

"Well...everyone has done so well and so I also want to do as well as they did!" Otoya replies, still a bit stiff.

"Just well?" Eiichi placed a hand on his chest. "I want to sing soul-shaking song that even the singers would tremble. Don't you think so too?" Eiichi grins.

"Soul-shaking huh...not a bad idea." I write that down. "What do you think Otoya? You haven't done this kind of genre before."

"It's...I'm interested." He nods.

"Good! With this, we shall aim for greater heights than anyone else!" Eiichi stood up filled with determination

"Yeah! I'd like to try this out too!" Otoya now seems on board as well.

We spent the rest of the meeting coming up with a concept and discussing what we'd like to be included in the song. Soon enough the day reaches its to end and we head back to our dorms feeling tired.

Carried on this melody created by two,
it seems like the future is overlapping with today.
Firmly without changing, like this phrase,
I don't want to let this go.

Otoya suddenly quietly sings an old song I made for him before. I then continue the song with him. Our voices melt together perfectly as we continue to vibe with our old song.

"What's up with you?" I laugh. "Missing the old days?"

"Not really." He laughs along with me. "I love this song. It helps me calm down even just a little bit."

He gazes outside the window gazing at the passing scenery.

"Let me guess...Eiichi was a bit too much wasn't he?" I poke his cheek, teasing him a bit.
