If Melody Was With Camus

"Camusss!" I run up to him and jump on his back.

"Fool. What are you doing?" He asks, irritated.

"Greeting my boyfriend why?" I giggle and kiss his cheek. I hop off his back and walk side by side with him.

"You could have greeted me normally." He straightens his clothes.

"But that would be boring wouldn't it." I teasingly smile.

He looks away from me with a blush on his cheeks.

"You better not repeat that in public or I may not be able to control myself."

~Time skip~

"It's absolutely true!" I slam the table due to the intensity of the conversation. "I confessed to you first!"

"You must have lost your memory." Camus calmly sips his tea.

"Honestly, I could 90% see her confessing first." Ai takes a bite out of the cookies in front of us

"I doubt that his pride would even let him confess first." Ranmaru laughs.

"As if you could, peasant." Camus glares at him.

"Let's not fight!" Reiji stops the two. "How did your relationship start anyway?"

"I confessed to him first b-"

"I did you fool." Camus grabs my chin and forces me to look at him. "Or have you forgotten the rose that I gave you?"

"See! That's where you're wrong!" I pout, still being squeezed by his hand.

"Please properly conduct yourselves." Ai closes his eyes and Camus lets go of my face.

"I told you before that I liked you but you just ignored me!"

"Camus rejected you?!?" Reiji looks shocked.

"When was this?" He looks at me as if I was lying.

"It's after the Christmas party that Uncle prepared for the company!! Don't you remember?!?"

"What exactly did you say to him? You know this guy doesn't understand if you don't say it to him directly." Ranmaru points to Camus.

"What are you implying?" Camus glares at him again.

"I told you to go out with me!" I remember the embarrassment I felt during that time. "You told me when we would go out and I made something up. But then you told me you were busy that day and left me!"

"That..."

"No wonder he didn't understand." Ai just nods.

"Camus..." Reiji pities him.

"See what I mean?" Ranmaru just laughs at us.

"What does 'going out' even mean?" Camus looks at me slightly irritated. "Commoners language is different from mine."

"It means a date Camu~" Reiji pats his back. "It must have been hard for you Melodyy!" He goes in to hug me but Camus pushed him away immediately.

"Don't touch her." Camus then stands up and signals me to follow him. "I'll make up for that with a hundred dates if you wish." I bow to the three of them before we go to wherever he wants.

"Aww. Camus!" I tackle him with a hug as he wrapped one arm around me. "I don't need a hundred dates. I just want to spend more time with you."

"Whatever you wish." He kisses my head as we walk hand in hand.

Today I was mad, really mad at Camus. I was having a rough day and all I wanted was for him to listen to my problems. But all he did was tell me what to do and to just 'fix it'. As if it was that easy!
