After sending that, I put my phone down for just a while so that I could take a piece of my food, but no, my phone had other plans.

After exhausting my fingers I closed my phone and resumed eating. The reason I decided to direct the QUARTET NIGHT messages to Ai was just because I wanted to. Ai seemed to quiet and I was wondering how would his reaction will be.

"Let me guess...you did something bad did you?" Nanami eyed me while eating.

"Mhm." I winked at her. "They disturbed my meal, and now they have to pay."

"Poor guys...What did you do?"

"I just sent them text messages to mess with them a bit." I chuckled. "Come on, I have to buy Camus a cake."

"The taller blond? The one that called me a peasant?" Nanami looked offended

"That's him, and don't worry. He's always like that." I giggle because knowing Nanami she will feel offended.

"Is he really?" Nanami gave me the unconvinced look.

"Promise. He may look like a gentleman on TV but I promise he is like that out of the screen." We payed out bill and went in a near by cake store.

While looking at the cakes I get a couple of text messages.

I'm sorry whether or not you are Mikaze-senpai. I will not follow whatever you say.

This creeped me out. Ai maybe my senpai but when a text like that is sent to me I will do the exact opposite. So I quickly ordered the cake and dashed outside with Nanami.

"Melodyyy! I'm so sorry but my manager wants me to go to her right now." Nanami apologizes. "I have to go first okay? Make sure you get back safely."

I told her goodbye and to stay safe and went on my way. With the cake box gently on my hands I walk back to the dorms.

Sender: Reiji

Melody!!! Ai said he would find you! Where are you right now?

I closed my phone and ignored him. Sorry not sorry, I want to concentrate on not destroying the cake until I get home because who knows what Camus might do to me.

Suddenly someone grabbed my free arm and I freaked out. I jerked my hand away and jumped from my current place to distance myself from whoever touched me.

"What are you doing?" I turn around and see Ai.

"You scared me!" I placed a hand in my chest and wrapped my arm around the cake box. I peeked inside the transparent cover and saw that the cake was fine. "Thank you!" I say to no one in particular.

"Who are you talking to?" Ai gave me a weird look.

"No one." I smiled. "What are you doing here Ai-senpai?"

"Reiji forced me to find you. They were already tired and I was the only one fully awake." Ai gave me a exhausted sigh.

"That sounds like them." I laugh. Now, I felt like our conversation was declining so I had to speak. "Let's go back now shall we?"

"That's what I was sent here to do." Ai just nodded (cutely).

While walking my mind was trying to find a good conversation topic, and damn it is harder than I thought. Until Ai said something.

"Why do you call me Ai instead of Mikaze?"

"Huh?" I was surprised at the sudden question. Definitely not the one that I had in mind.

"I said. Why do you call me Ai instead of Mikaze? Aren't you supposed to call me by my last name as a sign of respect?"

"Oh! Do you not want me to?"

"No, I'm just wondering. That's all."

"Well I see that Reiji and the others are such close people and I want to be close with all of you and to start is by calling you by your given name." I shrug. "I've gotten use to it I guess."

"Hm." He only replied a half hum and we continued to walk in silence.

"So Mikaze-senpai."

"Ai is okay." He said.

"Ai-senpai." I corrected myself. "How did you find me? I could have been anywhere."

"I asked the girl that you were with before you left. So my data tells me that you would take the quickest route back which is this street."

Data??

"Whoaa. You could be an investigator!"

"That was not what I was programmed for."

"Hahaha you really like technology so much, that you use it to it's fullest." I laugh as we enter the gates.

"You can say so. I have to go back. Good night now." He says as he walks away.

"Good night Ai-senpai! Sweet dreams!"

"Good night..." Ai walked towards his room which is an opposite of her's. "Sweet dreams?" He say's to himself.
