TAKE THE UPPER HAND

Nang makababa sila sa foam ay tumayo sila sa isang gilid habang kinukuha ang inaabot na tubig, damit at pagkain ng mga reinforcement mula sa royal family ng Bashara. Binalot ni Phillie ang sarili niya ng puting tela na inabot sa kaniya at saka huminga ng malalim.

Iniintay pa rin na bumaba si Eitan sa pagiisip na makakausap niya ito.

"Isn't this too easy? Is it really done?" Kozma murmured behind her.

Ches glanced at him. "Let's jut be thankful that it's done. Let's stop thinking for a while."

Nanginginig si Phillie sa hindi malamang dahilan kaya nagulat nalang siya ng maramdaman ang panibagong patong ng tela sa kaniyang likod. Nilingon niya iyon at nakita si Viktor na hindi nakatingin sa kaniya.

"I know you wouldn't betray him." Viktor said. "You just need to talk that's all."

Phillie nodded at him. "Thank you."

Viktor looked at her and gently pat her head. "Also I wo-"

"People!" 

Suddenly,  Stan walked outside the villa while dragging a guard down. Nang makita silang nakalinya sa isang gilid ay nakahinga siya ng maluwag at binitawan ang kinakaladkad na lalaki. Sinubukan siyang kausap ng mga royal guards ngunit tuloy tuloy ang lakad niya.

"Are you all okay!?" Stan murmured as he checked every faces of them.

Stan gently caressed Phillie's cheek and smiled. "You did a good job. You'd be a good Tagger if you want."

Just when Stan calmed down while looking at Phillie, his eyes shot up again and looked around. "Count off!"

Ches and Kozma groaned. "Stingy!"

But Stan were already counting them. "Where's Ei?"

"Well, that..." Viktor sighed as he glanced at the villa. "I think he's with his father."

"That dumbass Yaroslav is here!?" Stan exclaimed.

Ches sighed. "So you don't know."

"Konechno, ne znayu! If I know that fucking dumbass will be working with this, I wouldn't selfishly throw my life out there." Stan exclaimed.

Of course, I don't know!

For all of them, this was the first time that they saw Stan lost his cool. Stan looked around and paced a little bit while biting the end of his nails in frustration. Sa kabila ng kagustuhan umakyat para makita ang sitwasyon ng mag ama ay hindi niya rin maiwan magisa ang mga ito.

"Calm the fuck down, Stan, you're making me dizzy!" Viktor yelled.

At the same time, Eitan walked out of the villa while holding his father. Nang makalabas ay agad na hinanap ng mata ang mga kasama at nang makita ay dinaanan lang ng tingin si Phillie. Phillie gripped on the hem of the cloth that is wrapped around her.

Sa gilid ay nilingon ni Ches ang daanan kung saan napansin niya ang papalapit na mga land rover defender sa kanila.

"Damn, these dudes can afford a maserati but they chose to have a land rover to pick us up." Ches complained in a low voice.

"Why are you so fucking choosy?" Kozma frowned as he glanced at the way too and tilted his head.

"Well, those are too old, aren't they." Kozma murmured.
