UNDERGROUND METRO

While staying low, they made to the underground metro that is connected to the underground city where they are going. By the entrance, there was no need to present an identification ID for the reason that they are already expected due to Apple's strings.

"It's been a while since I went here." Eitan murmured while walking around.

"Did you remove your Tag?" Cloud asked him.

Eitan nodded. "I'm not wearing it for a while."

The abandoned underground metro is being used to transport the people from the city to the underground city called Underground Metro or the Pod. The metro was too dark if only the lights were turned on upon their arrival.

A young man with another two behind him walked towards them.

Cloud and Eitan remained standing on Apple's either sides.

"We'll be taking the lead from this point." The man from the other side said as he looked at Eitan and Cloud. "The name is Echo. You have a new gentleman with you, Applesauce."

Apple sighed. "Please, just Apple. And yeah, we'll just check something down there. We'll be in your care."

The man nodded. "All right then."

They were escorted at the end of the tunnel not far away from where they got in. There, is a limousine waiting for them. Eitan looked at Cloud, absolutely confused.

"It wasn't my first  time here but do the underground really owns a limo?" He asked in a low voice.

Cloud nodded. "It may be a poor sector but this place is more free than the District. You know how the black market takes place here, right?"

Eitan nodded. "My, things really have changed."

Pumasok na silang lahat sa limousine at tahimik lang si Cloud at Eitan habang naguusap si Echo at si Apple na mukhang matagal ng magkakilala.

"How's the faction, Apple?" Echo asked as he poured drinks on their glasses and handed it one by one.

Apple accepted the drink. "Still doing fine. How about the job here?"

"It's progressing well. Care to tell me where'd ya got the puppy?" Echo asked, pertaining to Eitan.

Eitan almost choked on his drink after he heard that.

"Oh this." Apple chuckled as he looked at Eitan. "He's a Tagger. He was the one I trained before."

"I see. Third?" Echo asked as he looked at Eitan.

Eitan shook his head. "Second."

"What made you visit underground? You offering a business?" Echo asked.

"No, Sir. Actually, I've been here once before with a Tagger too. We delivered goods from the District." Eitan said. "But now, we're just.."

Nilingon ni Eitan si Apple kung puwede bang sabihin kay Echo ang pakay nila. Nangingiting tumango si Apple sa kaniya na tila natutuwa sa sitwasyon. Eitan then looked back at Echo.

"Does the underground handles all the drug transactions?" He asked.

Echo nodded. "Mostly. What drug are you particularly looking for?"

"It's..uhh..quite new. It's a table in a shape with his." Eitan said while gesturing around. "It is colored and has a nice smell."

Echo tilted his head while thinking while the three of them were listening closely in hope that they can find an answer.
