POV Zhan

Yibo is overjoyed right now, chattering happily because he's so excited that we have a date today and tomorrow. This makes him even cuter than he already is.

When I finished changing, Yibo was in such a hurry that he took my hand and pulled me outside behind him. He suddenly stopped and asked, "ZhanZhan? Are you and I going separately?"

I put my arms around him and walked with him like this towards my pickup truck, then I said, "Baby, we have a date. I'm driving." Yibo grinned and walked around the car, got in the passenger seat and as soon as I sat in the car he hugged me. God what a cutie he is.

Arriving at Yibo's home, I was amazed that it was really so close, he asked me to sit in the living room for a minute because he wanted to take a quick shower and then get dressed. It wouldn't have been necessary, but I just let him do it, if it made him feel more comfortable, go ahead.

And while I was sitting there like that, I let my eyes wander around the living room and Yibo's shelves and found something extremely interesting. Yibo is reading my books. 5 volumes of fantasy world lined up side by side, 4 with special covers, one without. But there was more. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I had to take a picture of it and sent it to my cousin Yanli. "Do you see what I see?" I wrote to it.

Just two minutes later she wrote back, "Oh my God, don't tell me your Yibo is Racer85?"

"Mmm, he is. I only suspected it before, but thanks to Fantasieland, I now know it's really him. God, my cute baby really is Racer85."

"Well, tell your cute baby who you really are."

"Mhhh, not yet. I have an idea how to surprise him with it. And I'm sure he'll be thrilled."

"What do you have in mind?"

"No time to explain, he'll be right back. I'll contact you."

I sat back down on the sofa and Yibo came back to me. He smelled really, really appetizing and looked beautiful. But, he always does. I pulled Yibo to me and sat him on my lap. Yibo immediately grinned and I said, "Wow you look great and you smell really good. It makes me want to fall all over you."

Yibo laughed and replied, "Not today, today we have a date."

"That's right. And that's very important. Um, I hope you don't mind that I looked around a bit while you were getting ready."

"Of course I don't. I have nothing to hide."

"I didn't think so either. I saw that you read fantasy world, do you really like the books? And I saw that the new book doesn't have a special cover like your other books."

"I love those books and I'm a big fan of the author. I wrote with him you know. And as for the special cover, unfortunately I was very unlucky. I was on early duty on the day of the sale and I actually had to work an extra hour. And when I finally got off shift, I had to go to 4 bookstores just to get this book. Everywhere the books were already out of stock. And unfortunately, of course, there were none left with the special cover. And so far, no one is selling it on the internet either."

"So you're such a big fan that you're even willing to pay more money for a book with a special cover than it's worth?"

"Yes."

"Um, what would you say if I knew someone who could get you a book, completely FREE, with special cover?"

"Legally? Because I don't want stolen copies or anything. I want the author to be rewarded for his work."
