On the way back home, Zhan bought food for us from the road. When we got home, he made me a fresh cup of tea, took me in his arms, and I calmly told him all what had happened today. "If he tries anything again, just punch him in the face. Hit him as hard as you can. I know you can do it. You're strong and you can really hurt him. Don't take any shit, okay?"

"I will, I promise. I was just so shocked earlier because I wasn't expecting it."

"I understand that my cutie. But for next time, you know the drill. Hit him, kick him, anything. Just don't let him do anything to you that you don't want him to."

"Mmm, I will." I replied and snuggled up to my Hubby. We then ate together and both went out to the garden afterwards. All the while, I could see Zhan in his overalls. He was wearing this sleeveless white shirt and all I could think was, wow that's my boyfriend.

When we went back into the house in the evening, the pond was ready. Only a few lamps and stones as decoration around it and it is perfect. Tomorrow we want to lay the sidewalk from the fireplace to the pond. Zhan wants me to show him exactly how I want it done. He told me from now on this is my garden and I can do what I want and he will totally follow my lead.

For dinner Zhan made us baked potatoes with herb curd. He took a quick shower while the potatoes were in the oven and I read a little more in the book he gave me. When he came back from the shower, he sat down next to me, put his arms around me, and asked, "Do you like the book so much that you're reading through it again now?"

"I love the book. And honestly, I think Wei Ying wrote it. I know you won't tell me until Sunday, but I'm 100% sure by now."

"How can you be sure?"

"I know his writing style. It's not like I just became his fan yesterday."

"I see. So what if he wrote it? What then?"

"Then I would be overjoyed, because I would be the first to read this masterpiece, before anyone else. And I would keep this book in a safe place."

"The author means a lot to you huh?"

"Yes, in a way. Not as much as you, that's for sure. Still, I'm a big fan of his." Zhan kissed my forehead and smiled.

"You're so incredibly cute, I just can't believe it. Well, you read on and I'll check on dinner."

"Mmm, love you Hubby."

"Love you too my cute prince." Replied Zhan and went into the kitchen. I read through a few more pages until Zhan came with the food. He even fed me so I could keep reading. He totally spoils me. I can really see how he enjoys it and of course I like it too.

After dinner, though, I put the book to the side and watched another movie with Zhan before we both went to bed. I snuggled into his arms and we fell asleep.

The next morning, right after breakfast, Zhan and I went to the hardware store. Zhan insisted on being present during the conversation with my boss, since he also witnessed Wei Yin's attack.

I calmly told my boss all that had happened, Zhan confirmed it, and then my boss surprisingly said, "Okay, then I'll fire him today. I won't let one of my employees here be harassed by another. I can't stand that weirdo anyway. It's a good thing you talked to me about it."

"Yeah, luckily my boyfriend arrived in time. I was way too shocked to react."

"Well, you're lucky you have such a great boyfriend and he stepped in right away. Others might not have realized immediately that you were being harassed." Replied my boss. I was amazed that he didn't say anything because I immediately made it clear that Zhan was my boyfriend and not just a friend.
