Today is a big day because today we are celebrating the birthday of our twins, Xin and Yini, who are now 3 years old. I can't believe how fast time flies. On a day like today, I automatically think that they will soon be at the age where they won't need me and Zhan anymore and will start to go their own ways.

But even if they won't need Zhan and me soon anymore, their big brother will still always stay by their sides and watch over them. Ever since we visited Yuan at the orphanage back then and decided to make him a part of our family, he has been living with us. It has been two and a half years now and he is doing well with us.

Even now, at just 7 years old, A-Yuan is a great big brother. He plays with them, helps them and always watches them when they are playing with other kids. He is really a good boy and we love him very much. We are happy that he is part of our family.

Many people always wonder how we manage all this. Zhan and I started our own business shortly after the twins' first birthday and are doing well. We have now bought, restored and sold 9 houses. And currently we are working on a new house. In addition, we have the three kids and our own house.

It's a lot of work, but it works out. The twins are in kindergarten during the day and A-Yuan is attending school since this year. Zhan and I are at work during this time and get off work on time to pick up our kids and spend time with them. Most of the time we spend the time in our big garden.

After Zhan and I always went to baby swimming with the twins and A-Yuan at that time, the twins can already swim or rather paddle at their age. But since we don't want Xin and Yini to swim in the big pool already, we built them a kids pool where they always play extensively with A-Yuan and have fun.

Xin, on the other hand, romps around a lot and even has a little skateboard that she plays with every day. She wants a kid's motorcycle for her birthday, while Yini wants a kid's cabriolet car that she can build on with her dad.

Often Yanli, her husband and their three children come to our house and Cheng and my brother also come with their son and all the children play together. It's always loud and chaotic, but it's also absolutely beautiful to watch the kids play together.

My dad married his girlfriend. After they had been dating for half a year, he introduced her to us and she is really super sweet. We supported him in his proposal. And now he is happily married to a woman who loves him very much. They both totally spoil our kids and pick them up once a month to spend the weekend with them. The house is then always really lonely without the three of them.

Seungyoun and Wooseok also got married. That was around when the twins were 8 months old. We all flew to Seoul where the wedding took place. That was the first trip on an airplane for our three children. And they loved it. Then last year we went to the Bahamas for the first time with our three kids. They loved it there and now want to go every year.

Oh yes, Xin and Yini's first words were neither dad nor daddy. Xin's first word was, pace. And Yini's first word was, mine. She said this while clinging to her dad. They both took their first steps at 9 months old. By the time they were one year old, they could walk quite well, although their legs were still wobbly.

My brother and Cheng's son was born on the same day as Yanli's daughter. It was unbelievable. First my brother called me that Cheng suddenly went into labor 1 week before the expected birth date and is in the hospital and just an hour later Yanli's husband called and told us she was in labor and having her baby.
