Personality: Kyre is shy, quiet, and a total pushover. He doesn't like putting up a fight, and believes that he deserves the hate of others. He doesn't talk about himself, and puts himself as a last priority.

Quirk: Nil: Kyre can control black matter, or literal nothing. It can consume non living matter, and can take on the properties of solids, liquids, or gases. It is an extremely strong quirk, However, he was born blind, severely restricting his ability to use his quirk without hurting others. Furthermore, it is dangerous and can kill instantly if he's not very, very careful. He wears basically a small sonar device clipped to his shirt to navigate. It tells him when there are objects in his path and other information.

Backstory: Kyre was abandoned as a child, and taken in by the League of Villains. He was raised to believe it was normal to hate heroes, but was taken in by UA when he turned himself in after witnessing a student and pro hero saving lives. He was admitted as a student, although he keeps his distance from others, and isn't exactly trusted, as he was a pretty formidable foe even blind. He hospitalized Jirou and Uraraka as a villain, and feels immense guilt for it.
Family: No legal or biological family, but he thinks of Jesse as a big brother (see next OC). He also can't help but think of the League of Villains as family.
I can see Kyre falling for Todoroki, Bakugou, Iida, Kaminari, or (bit of a stretch) Shoji. You're welcome to use anyone though (I'll age him up to 18 max for adult characters)
Scenario: Kyre managed to get lost while trying to get somewhere, and he looks hurt. Y/C doesn't trust Kyre, and have fought him in the past, so you know what he's capable of. What do you do when you find him?
