Pretty much the AU is that 1-A (plus Shinsou, Monoma, Kendo, and Eri) are all children in an orphanage that All Might and Aizawa opened.
All Might takes care of the kids most of the time, and Aizawa makes the money by doing his hero work at night. (If you want All Might to be retired already. Otherwise, Aizawa takes care of them during the day and has hero work at night, and vice versa for All Might.)
If All Might is retired, it's up to you who in the orphanage, including Aizawa, knows about him being All Might.
Mic is the weird but fun uncle, Midnight is the slutty wine aunt, and the league of villains (excluding AFO) is just a group of kids up to no good.
THERE ARE STILL QUIRKS! THIS WOULDN'T BE HALF AS FUN WITHOUT QUIRKS!!!!!
The scenario starts at breakfast one day.
