This one is gonna be humor based.
DabiHawks isn't officially established, they have this unspoken thing. They've been meeting up every night on the roof of this one sky scraper every Monday night for about four years, occasionally kissed or cuddled (if you're 18+ they can have hooked up up there), but not a whole lot of talking or getting to know each other.
One day they bump into each other on the way (Hawks has injured wings this time so he has to take the elevator), and Dabi tries to start a conversation, but they aren't on the roof so Hawks isn't having it, so bird man isn't having it and insists Dabi meet him on the roof.
Starts when they see each other on the way to the roof.
The kind of Triggery part is why Dabi was probably up there that first(to commit die). This is optional, but if you're ok with it it would be preferred, especially if I'm Dabi. He's never told Hawks, but he's never really needed to. Hawks just sort of knew. They've never discussed his mental issues, just took comfort in the fact that Dabi knows Hawks is there for him, and Hawks knows Dabi is there for him if need be.
