Personality: Katai is closed off and arrogant. He doesn't socialize with his classmates, and when he does, it's to tell them to leave him alone. He doesn't get along with authority, and his attitude can rival even Bakugo's. He does want friends, but he's not willing to make the first move.

Quirk: Dark Dance: When he dances, Katai's movements bring his inner demons and hatred to life in the form of a pitch black melee (no projectiles) weapon of his choosing (generally dual scythes based on personal preference). He can control the sharpness of the weapon. However, once his dancing stops, the weapon only exists for a few minutes. This has lead to his fighting style being a close combat dance.

Backstory: Katai was adopted after his birth parents were killed, the then young child having been rescued moments before meeting the same fate. He believes the baggage this brought lead to what his quirk is. Furthermore, had he actually tried, he could have won at the sports festival, however he threw the qualifier, not wanting attention.
I can see Katai falling for Kaminari, Tamaki (no smut until Katai is 18 if you qualify, since it's not illegal to date a minor, and Katai is 17),
Extra: He will freak out, and possibly throw up, at the sight, smell, or taste of blood.
Scenario 1: Katai is dancing on the roof, training, when Y/C catches him when he trips and almost tumbles off; go from there.
