Name: Katansei Zeph (as usual, going last name first here)
Gender: Physically switches between genders, but identifies as male no matter what.
Age: 24/17 (depends on if you want to use a minor or adult for your character, this is only an option I have for my OCs)
Sexuality: Gay
Personality: Zeph is a goofball. He likes to make people laugh, and he would never hurt a fly. He likes to use Age Games to have a laugh, but he would never intentionally cause harm with his quirk. He doesn't agree with the no public use of quirks without a hero license, but that's not why he uses his quirks; he just likes a laugh.
Hero, Villain, Vigilante, or Citizen: Villain due to illegal quirk usage, but doesn't have any malicious intent or commit any other crime (maybe a little theft, but he doesn't use a quirk for that)
Student or no: no
Quirk: Two quirks, similar to Todoroki, Metamorph and Age Games (he named it himself).
Metamorph allows Zeph to change his appearance at will. He usually uses this to make himself look like a girl, but can use it to defend himself if he needs. It doesn't affect his clothing.
Age Games is a little trickier than Metamorph. A little math is required to understand it. Zeph can reduce somebody's age by half, but it lasts for twice as long as their age when you make it hours instead of years. (Not how many hours old they are). Furthermore, halfway through their age will half again, and remain that way for the remaining time.
For example, for a 24 year old, the quirk would make them 12 years old for 48 hours, but they would turn 6 years old at the 24 hour mark. They would be back to normal at the 48 hour mark with no memory of what happened.

He'll never wear a suit, in his male form you can find him in flexible jeans and a t-shirt with the sleeves cut off.
Backstory: Zeph's just a homeless teen/ young adult who grew up on the streets. No sob story, he doesn't hate it on the streets.
Extra: If somebody accidentally misgenders him in his female form, he's understanding and forgiving. If somebody does it on purpose and it's malicious, they're likely to have their age screwed with right then and there.
