I find these on Google images so I don't normally find the source because they've been reposted hundreds of times, but this one seems to be from Pinterest posted by an account named Saeyu. If the owners of any of these images ever ask me to remove their art I'll be more than happy to do so but I would never claim these to be mine. Just feel the need to reiterate this every so often.

Personality: Naoaki is off kilter to say the least. He talks incoherently, often starting new sentences without finishing the one he's already saying. He's quick to frustration when things don't go his way, and will often lash out at objects, but never people. He's reportedly unnerving and unnerved.

Student or no: No
Quirk: Patchwork: Naoaki can take things apart without damaging them and patch them back together with a touch or by sewing them. If he sews it together it holds together as if it was never separate, at least while he's in the area. Unfortunately, while he can intentionally activate his quirk, it will often activate without him wanting it to, taking things apart or stitching them together, and it often causes him to fall apart himself. This is extremely painful, despite it not causing any injury, as he does have to sew himself back together.
Villain name: Stitch
Costume design: whatever he happens to be wearing at the time. Usually patchwork clothes.

Backstory: Naoaki was orphaned as a child, reasoning unknown. As his quirk lost control more and more growing up, he got in more trouble for the effects it had. He ended up going full time villain just to get by.
