Personality: Lina is as volatile as the lightning she controls. Sometimes she's calm and fun to be around, other times she's a force to be feared and difficult to satisfy. She doesn't take kindly to authority or doctors.
Hero, Villain, Vigilante, or Citizen: Hero-In-Training turned villain

Quirk: Storm: This is a multifaceted quirk. Lina's mood can affect precipitation (snow, hail, rain, Storms) slightly, when she's in a good mood the precipitation will lighten up, when she's in a bad mood it'll get worse. This usually will expand to a half mile radius. However, this is mostly just a side effect of her quirk. The actual quirk itself allows Lina to control electrostatic/electric energy around her the way Kaminari controls lightning. It looks like lightning, and is essentially pure electricity. Unlike Kaminari, though, Lina doesn't suffer the side effects Kami does when he goes overboard.
Villain name: She's know as StormEye by people who don't know her name.
"Villain Suit" design: She doesn't really have anything special, just a loose, off white/ pale brown tank top and black/grey jeans. In the winter, she'll add this big, oversized dark blue coat with brown faux fur around the hood.

^Currently what she looks like, except her face shape is more like the first image. (Longer and a little wider in the lower half of her face). She also has needle scars on her hands and arms from the experiments, but I couldn't get those to look right (I colored in the pictures via ReColor, they aren't mine)
Backstory: Lina was born Quirkless, despite having parents that both had electric type quirks, and her little brother developing one of his own. (Wendy could turn into electricity, and Kyle could manipulate it. Mark got a quirk like his grandfather on Wendy's side, allowing him to summon a pair of little black blades.)
When Lina was 10, her parents moved her whole family to Japan from America, where the scientists that experimented on Nezu worked with the Hero Commission to try and turn her into an artificially quirked hero.
On her seventeenth birthday, she developed her quirk while being escorted home with her parents, when she was struck by lightning. This turned one eye golden, and gave her her current quirk. She couldn't control it at first, and accidentally killed her parents and escort, which she's never regretted. She took the opportunity to run, and became a villain. (This isn't quite like with Shiggy, in her case it was a result of the quirk developing quickly. Too much electricity built up in her and it electrocuted people around her. Normally she has enough control of her quirk that it doesn't have to be deadly, it could work more like a taser or something)
Family: Kyle and Wendy Ordin (Father and mother, both deceased), Mark Ordin (Fate unknown, Lina suspects he went back to America or something happened to him).
Extra: it's optional whether Lina knew Hawks at the hero commission, and optional if she joined the League of Villains.
Lina often uses hand movements with her quirk to help her control it better.
Lina grew up in a community with lots of spanish speakers, so she's not fluent but she knows her way around the language. Sometimes she's say a word in Spanish out of habit, or if she doesn't know the word in Japanese (don't ask her why she does it, she doesn't fucking know)
So, if I do Romance with her, I'd prefer to do it with a canon character, specifically Dabi, Aizawa (yes I know there's an 11 year age difference), Shigaraki, Hawks, or Tamaki. My current preference at the time of publication is Aizawa honestly.
