We're gonna go with sorcerer/exiled prince!Dabi and Faerie!Hawks. They look as they do in the first two pictures, although Touya only wears that outfit in the Faerie realm, among humans he wears a more sorcerer-y version of his trademark coat. Also, humans and Faeries don't tell each other their real names unless they really trust each other, because with a real name you can do a lot of harm to the person of the other species. Same goes to non magic humans telling magic humans their real names or magic humans telling other magic humans.
When we start, Touya has never been to the Faerie realm and doesn't trust anyone, particularly Faeries.
Touya is the exiled prince of the kingdom of Yuuei, ruled by the tyrant King Enji. He's exiled for trying to kill the king and intends to do so again. He started learning magic after his exile.
So what happens when Keigo comes to Touya's cottage, begging for safe haven from Faerie Hunters?
