Personality: Jesse is arrogant in a goofy way, laidback, and not really bothered by much. He's kind and tends to be reckless.
Hero, Villain, Vigilante, or Citizen: It's complicated. He started out as a villain, but when he got his quirk, he learned the truth about villains and became a leak from inside the League of Villains. He turned himself in once Kyre was out of the league and safe. He's now reformed as a hero.

Quirk: Mind Reader: Jesse can hear the thoughts of every human within a mile radius. He cannot deactivate his quirk, whether he wants to or not.

Something like this, but make it dark green and make the chest flat. Add black combat boots and make the short leg part just a bit longer and close the other leg up. The full glove covers the 'Traitor' scar.

Backstory: Jesse was taken from a young age, around the same time Kyre was, and taught that heroes are the true bad guys. However, when he got his quirk, he learned that he was lied to. Jesse would have run away then and there if it weren't for two facts: he was too young and didn't know where to go, and he couldn't just leave Kyre, who was like a little brother to him, alone. So once he was 12, he started leaking information to the heroes from inside the league. Once Kyre got out, Jesse planned to abandon ship and turn himself in as well, but the league found out and attacked him. He ended up getting away with a few stab wounds to the gut and the word 'Traitor' carved into his forearm.
Family: no actual family, legal or biological, but he sees Kyre as a little brother.
Jesse could easily be partnered with Dabi or Hawks or both- but he can work with almost any ADULT character-
Scenario 1: Y/C is the person Jesse leaks information to, and you two scheduled a meeting for Jesse to give you the latest information. However, when you arrive at the meeting spot, a large hollowed out Tree outside of town that Jesse and yourself had slowly turned into a sort of house, Jesse is already there. He looks paler than normal and his dark shirt is soaked.
Scenario 2: Jesse is one of the most loved and hated heroes out there; not in the top heroes, but loved nonetheless. Y/C is a Villain from the League, sent to kill him, but when you find him in his apartment, a decent looking Penthouse, you wind up pinned to the wall quickly. "Hey, Y/C. I had a feeling you'd be the one they sent," Jesse says. You? (This isn't intended as smut, but the 18+ crowd is welcome to request it to be if it's in pms)
