It was a week later, now Monday, the worst day of the week.

As the sun rose, Lily woke up, rubbing her eyes.
She was exhausted from the day before, when she had gone out with her siblings.
And when she came home last night, she had only then realised she had some schoolwork to do before shs could actually go to bed, causing her to stay up till late.

Anyway, she got herself ready, and while she ate her breakfast, she checked her socials, as usual.
Then, she departed from home, on her way to school.

Lucky her, the bus wasn't filled with people, and even more fortunate, there were no people who recognised her, asking for a picture or anything.

As she arrived at school, of course not paying attention to the time assuming she was on time, she walked in, taking her time.
But suddenly, she got a text from Ariadne.
And a few moments later, also from Mason and Monica.

Ariadne😁❤

LILY ANSWER

Looking at the text, she widened her eyes.
If this wouldn't have been a situation like this, she would've laughed.
But checking the time and seeing it was one minute before class actually started, she started running through the corridors.

As soon as she made it to the classroom, she swung the door open, storming in.
All faces turned to her, and the teacher looked pissed.

'Could you explain why you're la-'

But exactly then, the bell rung, meaning class had officially started just then.

'Technically, I'm not late, since the bell just rung, so I'm just gonna take a seat and... be quiet.' Lily quickly slipped past the teacher, and took a seat next to Ariadne, hoping she would get away with it.
As she took out her stuff, she noticed people missing.

'Where are William and Louis?'
She whispered to Ariadne, who shrugged.

'I have no idea. Maybe they're skipping school.'

'If they are, then they're entirely stupid idiots. It's only their second week.'
She shook her head.

'Yeah. But I can imagine them being that stupid.' Ari grinned.

'Me too.'

The rest of the lesson was boring, as usual, until suddenly the door swung open again.
Two very out of breath, boys stormed in, looking around.
The teacher looked not happy to be interrupted again.

'Uh- sorry we were late, Mr. Smith, we-'
Louis tried to apologise, but Mr. Smith didn't let him.

'I don't want to hear it. Get out of my class, right now.' Lily felt guilty for the two new boys, but on the other hand, she was jealous. At least they didn't have to listen to the boring stories of Mr. Smith.
