🍎Chapter 5

(A/n): I was reading some fanfics when I notice most of the authors' uses italics for the characters' thoughts so I tried it too :') and MAN IT WAS A LOT EASIER TO READ!

The days continued along with Asano, not leaving your side 'til classes end.
He probably names it 'Karma time'. When Karma has to take you home or maybe hang out a little. Only hours in the school is what help him spend time with you. So, he's trying to cherish it so much. Not to mention the overflowing confidence you have when you're talking to him.

It finally came to the point where his presence because usual and common near you. You gets interrogated by Karma everyday. Here and there. But your answer is always the same.

The school had planned a trip for the students for a few days in Kyoto after the first term/quarter exams. Of course you're excited. You could walk around the town with Karma after the summer activities are finished.

You could go watch at a cinema, eat various pastries and bet on even the smallest things. Those are things that could be done easily if you're not awkward around him.

"Let's try different games once we're free" Karma suggested as it was time again to go home. He had successfully forced you to join a club. And music club is just really your ideal club, you just have to sing, dance and play instruments. No running laps, no regular exercises like in Tennis, Badminton and other activities in another clubs.

Not to mention that you're don't need to perform a dance if there's no occasion.

"Okay" you softly mumbled as you fiddled your fingers. Since the summer began the students also started wearing the school white blouses or long sleeves without blazers on top. You hope not to reveal much skin by knee length socks but that's what only makes it worse.

The next day came and you went to the train station with Karma, who arrived at your house early in the morning. Quite unusual, though he just didn't want his precious princess to wait.

Grasping his hands more tightly as the cold morning wind striked your skin as he only responded with a gentle squeeze.

This cute little moments you both missed doing...

...have yet to get interrupted.

"Karasuma-san, our homeroom teacher requested something, he said to help me lead the class as for being the female class representative" Asano suddenly came out of nowhere, startling you.

"Oh really? Or you must be the one who requested it to the teacher" Karma decided to interfer.

"I-is that so? I have to get going now, then Karma-kun, see you later" you waved at him as you walked ahead to the train.

Asano mouthed a 'sorry for your lost' at Karma before leaving with you.

'This bitch!'

You heard about the End Class getting caught up in a trouble so you decided to call Karma after you've check if all your classmates are back to their respective rooms.

"N-ne, K-karma-kun, did your class did really got caught up in trouble? Are you hurt?" You asked after hearing him say 'moshi moshi'.

"Hmm~...I'm fine, it's just a small fight, don't cha' worry" he hummed in a kind of admitting manner.

[(A/n): please notice the different between the dialogue of the character talking over the phone and the thoughts]

"Didyouwon?!" You suddenly burst out making Karma paused before bursting in a fit of laughter.

"Kind of" he chuckled, glancing around the room noticing his male classmates' weird stares.

"Oh right! Karma who are you interested to in the class?!" You heard his classmates from the other line asked.

"Okuda probably. She could improve my shenanigans and all" Karma replied, smoothly making you frown and plopped yourself down on the bed.

"Who's Okuda?" You asked making everyone in the other line shut up.

"Karma, is that your girl I heard?" Someone asked with a kind of teasing voice. Karma only replied with a 'shut it'.

"S-so, Karma-kun, who's Okuda?" You asked confused, trying to conceal the pain and unfamiliar feeling bubbling in your stomach.

'He could've said no one or I have someone from another class' you frowned became more noticeable as the your voice could barely conceal something you didn't even know what it is.

"A friend" he replied shortly in a slight annoyed tone.

'That's where we started too... friends. What am I thinking? Why am I thinking this? Why does it feels weird? I don't like this feeling!'

"I'm sorry if I disturbed you, I'll hung up now" you said before immediately hunging up the phone not allowing Karma to speak more and explain.

On the other side of the phone is a panicking Karma. He's panicking so much that his face can't even hide it and so his actions.

"Girls are really complicated. Very hard to understand though they always misundertand alot of things" Maehara commented as he watched his classmate continue his unusual behaviour.

Yeah, a misunderstanding, his classmates won't stop trying to steal his phone that his voice sounded very irritated and to your response, you seemed to have misunderstood it, it's not like he could blame you.

"Karma-kun has done something wrong too" Isogai replied, then started stating the fact.

"It's not his fault though it's ours" Sugino joined the argument.

"If Karasuma-sensei ever checks on us tell him, I went to the Class A's" Karma excused as he swiftly made his way to explain to you.
