🌶️Chapter 25

Your Point Of View

I was pouting.

Pouting for like hours since this morning. Me and Karma-kun have our first ever real fight.

It was his fault so I'm never going to apologize until he does. We have actually fought a few times before but Karma-kun always apologizes before everything goes wrong. I feel bad for him. But not now. He's not going to apologize when he's in the wrong?

Does he want me to apologize too even if it wasn't my fault?

He's infuriating!

I stomped and looked outside the window. It's been a few months since we graduated from Class 3-E. Though everything went tough on our way, we made happy memories, we did have alot of fun. Class 3-E is a place where my and Karma-kun's relationship bloomed. And we've continue growing until now.

The devil didn't want to admit that he's wrong. And I don't feel like facing him at the moment, I don't want to face him in this state of mind. Our fight might get worser and I don't want that to happen.

The bell rang indicating the end of the last period before lunch time.

"Is something wrong?" Asano was the first one to talk to me today. Asano placed his hand on my shoulder for comfort. I smiled at him. I could feel Karma-kun's glare from a distance.

"No, not at all" I shakes my head.

"Kay" he replied but still a tad bit worried. "Anyways, if it's alright to you, can you meet me up behind the storage room after classes?"

I pondered on my thoughts for a moment. "Su-"

I were interrupted by an earpiercing sound. I looked over to the sound and saw it's just Karma being harsh on his desk and chair.
He left the room with his shoulders tensed up.

"Karasuma-san?" Asano called noticing I'm in a daze.

"U-uh...yeah sure. I'll be there" I reassured to him with a smile. He smiled back.

He left the classroom to probably head over the student council's. I looked over at Karma's desk for a moment then at my hands.

God, when is he going to apologize?

"Karasuma-san?" I was once again brought back to reality away from my own world. "Do you want to eat in the cafeteria or on the rooftop?"

"R- cafeteria, did you bring yourself lunch, Maaya-chan?" I stood up and grabbed my bento.

"Yeah, I brought strawberry and chocolate flavoured cupcakes that I made yesterday!" She said showing me her hand bag.

"Oh! They sure taste good" I smiled.
Karma-kun and I used to make some of those before. What a way to remind me of our fight.

I went to the storage room like what I told Asano-kun and I saw him waiting outside, leaning agaist a wall with his one foot pressed against the wall for support.

He looked from the grass up to me. He flashed me a smile with hesitation.

"So?" I asked.

"Actually...I..." He started, he then looked away a bit embarrassed. What the? Since when he know how to get embarrass?

"Actually I like you" I frozed.

What? What again? I think I heard you wrong.

"Look, I'm not trying to get in b-"

Huh? He's saying something? Btw,

"It's not because me and Karma-kun had a fight means you can get me" I huffed. He stopped for a moment then he frowned angrily.

"You guys are fighting?" He asked. Ah..he didn't know. Ok.

"Anyways, what I was saying earlier. I'm not trying to get in between you two. I think it'll be better if you reject me directly, it'll be easier to forget about my feelings and also, I don't want you or Karma, or anyone to think I was scheming so I could get you" he admitted. Gahd, poor boy.

"You're such a nice kid" I sobbed.

"Don't call me that! I'm months older than you!" He scolded I just nodded.

After that I stopped.

"I can recommend you someone" I winked.

"Toshiyoki-san is not my type" he said. Wow, bold of him to assume I'll let him date that beautiful maiden.

"No, not her. I mean, Nakamura. She's from here but transfered to different school" I explained.

"Are you sure she's not one of those girls acts smart even though they're dumb?" He asked reluctantly while talking about from friends from Class C and D. Jerk!

"No, she's the opposite. Believe me! She's smart just pretending dumb. She wanted to be a diplomat. The girl of your dreams" I nudged his shoulder.

"You're the girl of my dreams" he groaned. I just laughed at him.

"But, Karma-kun's the man of my dreams"

"I know that, you don't have to tell me" he glared.

"Right right, sorry" I raised my hand and laughed at his current mood.

"So? I could set up you two a blind date. Take it or leave it?" I asked, ready-ing my phone to send Rio a message.

"Kay, but if she sucks you help me do council works for a month" he threatened. I laughed once again pretty confident that Rio will amuse him.

"She's less annoying than I am. Nice and responsible. From a decent family, a bit above average. Nice background. No criminal records. And is smart" I smiled.

"What's with the criminal record thing?!" He asked panicking.

"Just to let you know. She's atleast a lil bit safe person to be around with for you~" I cooed.

"A lil bit?" He asked once again.

"Yeah, me and Karma-kun always gets you in trouble so yeah. She's safer than Karma-kun" I reassured patting his back.

"Kay, tell her. On sunday. At that café that Isogai-guy works at. I'll be leaving, your boyfriend might murder me" He said glaring at a direction and left.

I looked at where he glared and saw Karma glaring at me through corridor's window.

I huffed and walked away.
