🌶️Chapter 26

Your Point Of View

It's been almost a week since we've fought, he remained possessive watching from afar. Though he didn't say anything.

He was being way too possessive even if I'm just ignoring those boys! It was his fault!

And now, here I am. Standing exact ten meters away from him, and having a staring contest. He's going to apologize now, right?

My hopes slowly rises as he started walking forward. His gaze intently staring into my soul then...

...he walked pass me.

Kay.

What the hell?

Thought he's going to apologize.

I huffed and walked the opposite direction from where is he. Even from a distance away I could feel the tension between us.

Well, I have better things to do than this. I have yet to interrogate Asano about their blinddate.

When I arrived at the rooftop he's already there, waiting.

"So? So? How did it go?" I asked, seating infront of him. He remained motionless, like he's in a daze. God, don't tell me he fell inlove with Rio that fast or did he got traumatized?

"How could someone like her end up in E Class" He shakes his head, smiling to himself like an idiot.

"Don't tell anyone, whatever I was telling you, okay?" He told me. I nodded. Finally! A way to get Asano have his first ever girlfriend!

"Her blonde hair is slowly starting to show her real hair color. It was starting to be quite obvious but she's still as pretty. She have a malicious yet enchanting grin on her face. I felt  hypnotized at that moment. We did have a chat about our past, and she's indeed smart" Asano said blushing, the only thing he needed to do is squeel so he'll finally reach his fanboy stage.

It was quite funny.

"So, are you guys dating now?" I asked, too eager to watch my ship sail!

"Woah woah! I don't want to rush things" Asano said raising his arms.

I laughed at his expression and shakes my head.

"Don't worry, your secret's safe with me" I grinned and bid my goodbye.

That's when I left the school grounds to buy pocky :D.

When I arrived there I saw Karma. I stopped for a moment smiling. But that didn't last long when a girl approached him. They were choosing pocky flavours.

But I shake my head trying to think of other posibilities, he could've asked her to help him. But that thought flew away when the girl tried to reach up to a certain flavour. Karma laughed at her and took the flavour instead.

"He's just helping her. Calm down" I sighed and stepped in, walking to the flavours I want, pretending I didn't saw anything.

Once I got what I want, I went to the counter and lined up. The line's not that long so my turn came quite fast.

"(Y/n)?" I frozed at voice and looked up. Shit shit shit! It's him.

"Oh hey" I said and looked away, pretending not to panic. Once I'm done paying I left the store like nothing happened.

I sighed when I got back to the school. My heart's squeezing in uncertainty, hesitation, disappoinment, sadness and pain. I walked up to where Maaya's waiting for me.

"I got us pocky!" I beamed at her and sat down on the bench beside her.

"Here" she handed the bento she told me she'll be making for me. I gladly accepted it and thanked her.

I looked at my phone waiting for a text from Karma explaining whatever that thing was at the store.

I sighed to myself and stretched while yawning. The tiring day is finally done. I'll be able to spend my weekend all to myself trying to make conclusion or hypothesis to whatever is happening.

Dad's car was stopped a few meters away from the school gate. I went there when I opened the door and saw Karma. How am I supposed to deal with this?

I sat down and he got off.

After that dad drove off.

"Something happened?" He asked.

"No" I said. He only nodded and decided not too push the subject further.

I closed my eyes relaxing.

"What did you guys talked about?" I asked, eyeing him.

He hesitated for a moment before talking.

"The usual" he said.

What does he mean by usual?
