🌶️Chapter 22

Your Point Of View

I huffed once we've drew out papers while we're in the shrine.

"What yours says?" Karma-kun asked.

"Study hard, lessen bad habits" I groaned. Really? I would've like to sleep all day and stay up late.

"Wow, that sucks" Karma-kun laughed. I pouted, turning away from him. New year just arrived a few minutes ago, and the shrine is getting more and more crowded.

"What about you?" I asked, trying to peek over his that is currently getting hang up.

"Nah, won't tell you" He replied. What a meanie?!

"Come on" I whined.

"Nah, give me yours" he said holding out his hand for me. I handed him the piece of paper and he hang it up for me.

"Karma-kun, you're so mean" I huffed, clinging onto his arm afraid I might get lost.

"Don't cling too much. I could feel your chest" he said, I pulled away and looked over at him to see if he's teasing. He has a plain expression written on his face.

He looked back at me, he probably felt my stare.

"What?" He asked, just then a chilly wind blew making me hugged his arm tighter.

I felt him stopped walking so I did too. When I looked at him once again he's already looking away. But his hair is not long enough to cover his red ears.

"Karma-kun, you're not... are you?" I asked pulling away completely. [(A/n): she meant 'horny'/'turned on']

"Chotto [A little]" he admitted. I hummed and just walked beside him in complete. The less we get closer from the shrine the less the crowd get.

Gosh, when could I hug his arm again? I'm already freezing. I breathed out and looked over at him.

"Do you want to go home or...?" He asked.

"I want to be with you a little longer" I said shamelessly.

He chuckled in response and wrapped an arm around my shoulder.

"You sure? You're already freezing" he laughed at my state. Hmph, jerk!.

"A few more minutes" I whined.

"Kay. For ten minutes, then we head home" I nodded at him and leaned my head against his shoulder.

We went to a nearby playground and sat there on the swing for a moment.
"We're graduating soon" he whispered. I hummed and looked over my shoulder.

"Let's attend the same school again" I said.

"Of course" he laughed.

"Even in college, 'kay?"

"'Kay" he replied.

"Where are going for high school anyways?" I said and stopped the swing.

"Let's stay in Kunugigaoka. I'll shove Asano out of the top spot. I need to get the both of us a perfect life in the future." He admitted. I did have a laugh at his statement but immediately went red and shuts up at the last sentence.

We stopped swinging for a moment. Silence covering the both of us. I was panicking. He's just having a thought about what our future could be.

"Anyways, ten minutes have already passes. Let's go home" he offered his hand, I took it and started walking home with him.

The future.

I'll do my best to make a perfect wife for Karma-kun in the future.
