"So? I grew up in a foster home with a lady names Yuma?"

Oikawa nodded.

"And my parents died in a house fire?"

He nodded again but more slowly.

You took in a deep breath.
"Are they buried here? In Miyagi?"

"They are yes."

"Would it be okay of you took me to them?"

"Sure..from the look in your eyes, I'm assuming that you would like to leave soon? In that case let me get dressed and we can head out. We can grab something to eat while we're out."

"Thank you Oikawa." You offered him a smile but he didn't return one back. Instead he went to the bedroom, leaving you alone at the kitchen table.
You took this quick moment to see if you had any picture album labeled 'Yuma' or 'foster home' anything that would show pictures of them, and maybe find pictures of your parents since you didn't come across any when you looked through various albums last night.

It was like Oikawa had read your mind or knew what you were trying to do.
He handed you a small box that looked like a pair of shoes would of been in.

"Here, I believe you wanna know what they looked liked as well too yeah? Well you actually didn't add them to the albums because these were more special to you..they held more pain and you said that they'd be a constant reminder. So you tucked them away in this shoe box and buried it in our closet."

"I did that?"

"You did."

You took the box from Oikawa and opened it slowly.
The first picture you saw was a photo of a man and a woman.
The woman had h/c hair and was wearing a white blouse.
The man next to her also had h/c hair and was wearing a deep blue dress shirt.
You felt a tear run down your face as you stared at the photo.
"O-Oikawa..."

He studied your face.
Furrowing his brows, he waited for you to speak.

"This picture..these people..are my parents." You took in a deep breath and blinked away the tears that were now clouding your eyes.
"I-I remember this photo Oikawa! I-I remember them..god..I can he-hear." You spoke through heavy breathes.

Oikawa's eyes widened as you spoke.
He felt frozen as you said that you remember the picture, and how you remember your parents.

"I-It's a fuzzy memory but it's t-there."

"Tell me. Tell me what you remember Y/n." Oikawa said in a anxious tone.

"Well...this w-was taken just be-b-before the fire right?"

Oikawa nodded his head frantically.
"Yes, yes it was! Tell me more, keep going!"

"Well..."

It was sunny day the morning of April 7th, ten years ago.
The birds were chirping and the wind was calm, making it a perfect day for a walk to the park.

Your family had done just that.
You held your camera tight in your hands that your mother had gotten you, two years prior.

"Are you gonna take pictures of the cheery blossoms hun?" Your mother cooed as she packed up a lunch to take with you guys.

"Of course! This is the time of year to get the good shots!!"

Your mother chuckled at your excitement.
"Are you sure Oikawa and Iwaizumi can't come?"

"Yeah..they have volleyball practice today..."

"On a Saturday?"

"Yep.."

"Those two work hard for that sport..I can't wait to see them play professionally one day."

"Me too!" You smiled as your father came from his bedroom is a deep blue dress shirt.

"Are we ready to get walking? Don't wanna waste the day ya know! Y/n here is a slow walker as it is!"

"I am not!" You playfully nudged your father, making you both share a laugh.

The day at the park was beautiful. The trees were bloomed and the smell of spring filled your nose.

Taking this moment to capture it and save it, you had positioned your mother and father to stand right in front of a cheery blossom tree, taking a photo to capture the memory of this very nice day on April 7th, Ten years ago.

"This was the only thing that I saved form the fire as well..this picture.."

"Do you remember anything else? About the fire? Or more of your parents?"

You shook your head. "This is all I can remember..and the reason I know I saved this from the fire was because I could see myself holding onto it when I spoke to the lady Yuma you told me about..."

Oikawa looked down at his hands.
"I see...well, are you still up for going to visit them?"

You nodded your head. "Yes, if that is okay..also..why is there only that one photo in this box? I mean...You made it sound like I kept all kinds of things in this box..and yet it was only this photo..."

Oikawa took in a deep, long breath and smiled.
"I didn't want to give away with what was in there..in case it would jog up a memory...and it did."

"I see..."

Oikawa walked passed you with a hum and grabbed his keys that were hanging up.
"Come on, we better get going okay?"

"O-Okay." You said as you followed suit, not caring that you still were wearing the sweats from last night.
There was only one thing on your mind right now.

You remembered something.
