Legend has it that King Reykoris of Hellspost hid a treasure before his kingdom was destroyed. The treasure was sought by many, but none were as well equipped as a group of six, their ranks well equipped with a Knight/Paladin, a Druid...
For this story, I have created my own fictional world (with the help of a fictional town name generator because I cannot come up with names to save my life) and so, to give you a better idea of the world this story takes place in, I'm going to give an overview, and a rough sketch of the land.

The main locations are shown above, but not all locations visited in the story are listed on my very poorly drawn and described map. The main city is Eboncross which is to the west (for those of you with poor compass direction, that would be to the left.) The second most important location is Hellspost which is Southeast of Eboncross. To the west of Hellspost is Bleakwick and to the North of Hellspost is Whitecrest Mountain. The Northernmost location is Helms Hollow. Separating it all, is elven lands. The main race that inhabits that area happens to be elves, but it includes halflings, orcs, goblins, dwarves, and more. The bordered areas are considered to be human owned lands, and the middle most lands are elf owned lands. The inhabitants don't have to be only elves or humans, but it is the elves and humans who own the majority of the land, therefore there is a power struggle between the two races, almost like a feud. The most important location that isn't listed on the poorly drawn map is the Misthelm Forest which is on the outskirts of Eboncross.
