Maverick was rambling on and on about Iceman. Goose was sitting there, listening to his friend talk about the man he loved so much.
"Yeah, Maverick, it's been 6 months. How are you already in love with him?" Goose asked, half joking.
"Goose, I fell in love the first time you pointed him out to me." He replied.
"Are you serious?" He laughed.
"Deadass serious." Maverick responded, still laughing a bit.
"I guess I'll just introduce him as 'Tom Kazansky, he's been stealing hearts since 1959'."
Maverick laughed at Goose's comment.
"I mean, you're not wrong." Maverick laughed out, to which Goose started laughing again too.
"He definitely stole your heart." Goose said.
"That he did." Maverick smiled.
"You two would be the cutest power couple." Goose commented.
"Oh my god, yes!" Maverick was extremely smiley now, which only made Goose smile back.
