"Your pregnant." Gloin said. I suddenly felt my head go light. I felt back against the wall, causing Bofur and Gloin to jump towards me. "Lass! Be careful!" Bofur said. I nodded, "you know, I'm surprised your showing so early." Gloin said. I shook my head, "I'm not. A skin changers pregnancy time depends on what animal they can turn into. For me, being a wolf, is 60-65 days." I said. Gloins eyes widened, "wow..." He whispered. Bofur laughed and placed a hand on my shoulder. "come on, let's go tell Thorin." Bofur said. "NO!" I yelled. The dwarves looked confused. "I...I'll tell him later...not now." I said. "Swear you won't breathe a word to anyone?" I said looking at them. They nodded slowly. "Alright lass...if that's what you wish." Gloin said. "It is..." I said quietly, holding my hands on my stomach. "We'll leave you be for a little while." Bofur said before taking his leave, Gloin following. I looked down at my stomach. "I'm having a baby..." I whispered to myself. "I'm going to be a mother...and Thorin a father..." I said to myself. I suddenly felt a wave of excitement wash over me and smiled widely. "This is going to be so amazing!!!! What if it's a little girl and o can teach her to be a badass like me and we can do awesome stuff together if she ends up being a skin changer like me and if it's a boy Thorin can turn him into a prince and teach him how to fight!!!!" I squealed. I froze, "actually...Thorin should know." I said before walking out of the room. In my excitement I ended up in a full run. As my king came into sight at the balcony with the others I slowed to a walk. "Thorin! Come here!" I said with a smile. He turned and smiled at me before hugging me gently. "Yes my love?" He said. I couldn't help but gaze at him dreamily...just couldn't help it. I took his hand and led him to a private tunnel a little ways away. Smiled widely and placed my forehead on his chest, hearing a chuckle rumble. I took a deep breath and looked up at him. "I need to ask you something." I said. He nodded, "after we are married...have you ever thought about having kids?" I asked. Thorin was a little taken aback by the question but answered nonetheless. "I've actually been thinking about it a lot lately...I would love nothing more than to have a family with you." He said. I smiled wider than before, not knowing if my excitement will even let me actually tell him. "Well...Thorin I-" I was cut of by Kili. "Bilbos back!" He said. I thought for a moment, "this can wait. Let's see what's going on." Thorin gave me an odd look, as though he wanted to say no. However he nodded and we followed Kili back to the balcony. He looked worried. "What's going on?" I asked, crossing my arms over my stomach. "Well...the Laketown people...they want their money. However the elven King is also there...requesting uh, white Jewels made of pure starlight." Bilbo said. "Well then why don't we just give it to them?" I asked. "No!" Thorin snapped beside me. "What? Thorin you made a promise to the people of Laketown to share the wealth! Besides...I guarantee you'll make twice what you have in that room once Erebor starts up again." I said. "Why should I share my wealth with a town working with the very people who turned their backs on us when we needed them." Thorin growled at me. I felt my blood boil slightly. "Don't talk to me like that." I said quietly. "What?" He snapped coming closer. "Say that again. I didn't hear you!" He yelled. "I SAID DONT TALK TO ME LIKE THAT!" I screamed. Thorin was taken aback. "LISTEN TO ME! I don't care if their teaming up with Thranduil, I COULD GIVE LESS THAN A SHIT. You promised you would share the wealth of the mountain! Plus," I said walking over to the balcony and gestured to them. "They don't have anything left Thorin! They need it! The men I mean. The elves don't need anything." I said crossing my arms. Everything was silent for a moment. 'I swear if he says no, I'm going to leave.' I thought to myself, staring him down. "No. I will not." He said. "You selfish troll." I spat storming past him.

Thorin PoV

Tygr stormed past me, "you selfish troll." She spat. I gasped at her words, I turned and watched her as she walked away, her said swaying back and forth. "YOU DISGUST ME SOMETIMES!" She screamed before hooking a left down one of the tunnels. I could tell she was furious. "Thorin, maybe we should just pay the Laketown people." Balin said. "No! I don't see why we should pay them! For what? Letting us go? Letting us enter our mountain? I don't think so. Tygr's being ridiculous!" I said defending my decision. I saw Gloin with an uneasy look on his face instead of his usual pokerface. "What's wrong with you?" I asked. He sighed and scratched the back of his head, "well...I just would yell at Tygr or do anything to stress her out right now." He said. "What? Why not?" I asked crossing my arms. "Well just now is not the best time for her, she may rip your head off for all I know." He said. Bofur nodded, "aye, she's out of sorts at the moment." He said. I shook my head in confusion. "Out of sorts? What do you mean?" I asked. Bofur then went pale. "She told us not to tell you...you should ask her." He said. I sighed and shook my head, not even wanting to ask any more questions.

I made my way across halls and tunnels until I found myself at my door...though it was cracked. I silently peeked through...and what I saw utterly shocked me. My eyes widened as I looked at Tygr, standing infront of a mirror, half naked...looking at her swollen belly. 'I-is she pregnant??!?!!' I screamed in my head. I heard her sniff, then my eyes tore away from her stomach to her face...she was crying. "What if I'm not cut out to be a mother..." She whimpered. I watched her squat down and grab fitfulls of her hair. "I hate fighting with that man. It infuriates me." I heard her growl. She then moved and sat gently on the floor, one hand on her stomach. She looked down at it and rubbed it lovingly. "Me and your daddy don't fight all the time I swear...I don't know if you heard any of it though. I love him I promise...he's just stupid sometimes." I heard her say, in sort of a babyish voice. "I can't wait to tell him about you though...I wonder what he will say. He would probably hope for a boy." She said. 'She's not entirely wrong...' I thought to myself. "I'll love you ether way." She said. Suddenly I pushed on the door accidentally, making it creek. My brides wolf ear twitched and she stood up. "Who's there?!" She said. I sighed and pushed open the door, scanning her body. Her eyes widened in horror, "T-Thorin..." She said. I didn't say a word as my eyes locked on her stomach. I walked closer, she stayed perfectly still. "Thorin...say something your freaking me out!" She said slightly panicked...before she covered her stomach. "Where you listening to me talk?" She asked. I nodded before running my hands down her arms. "Look Thorin I tried to tell you in the tunnel but we got interrupted..." She said, her voice was nervous. I trailed my hands down her side and kneeled down. I looked at her stomach, it was beautiful...though what made my heart pound with excitement was inside it. I gently kissed her stomach. "I can't wait to hold you..." I said quietly. "I can't wait to teach you, raise you, train you and look on you as proud as I could be." I said kissing it again. "I can't wait for Tygr to kick me in the side when it's my turn to help you go back to sleep at two in the morning." I said. I earned a giggle out of Tygr. "I'm glad you know me well enough to know that's definitely going to happen." She said. I looked up at her and saw tears in her eyes. I kissed her stomach lovingly once more before standing up. "Why are you crying my love?" I asked. "We get to have a family..." She choked out with a smile. I smiled and nodded, "I know!" I said. Suddenly she pressed her lips to mine and hugged me tightly. I moved so her stomach wouldn't press against me, scared of hurting the child. "Why won't you hug me like you usually do?" she asked letting go, a pout on her face. "I don't want to smush him...or her." I said. Suddenly she burst out laughing. "What! What's so funny?!" I asked. "My love, when a skin changer is pregnant her flesh around her middle becomes impenetrable until the baby is born." She said. My eyes widened. "What?" I asked. She nodded, "yeah you should stab me with a sword and it wouldn't go through. It's weird and I don't understand it but hey...at least my clumsiness won't hurt the baby!" She said smiling. I nodded slowly. Tygr then shyly wrapped her arms around my waist and rested her head on my chest. I hugged her gently, rubbing her ear between my finger and thumb. I felt her relax significantly. "We need to think of names." She murmured. "Yes, we do. What would you like for a boy?" I asked. She shook her head, "I have an idea, how about this," she said as she stood on the bed, looking straight at me with a grin, placing her hands on my shoulders. I held her waist to ensure she wouldn't fall. "You name the first one since your older, I'll name the second one. Then we just switch off!" She said. I raised an eyebrow. "You want more than two?" I said with a grin. She suddenly smirked and pulled my shirt, slamming her lips into mine passionately. "You think I can resist this?" She purred, "yes my love, there will be more than two." She said. I couldn't help but smile, imagining the years ahead. "How many do you want?" she asked. "My limit is eight." She said. I nodded, "what if the last one turns out to be two?" I asked. She shrugged, "then nine it is!" She laughed before jumping and clinging to me, wrapping her legs around my waist and her arms around my neck. "be careful!" I said. She nodded, "yep, I will. Now kiss me." She said. I backed away, "wait, are you still disgusted by me?" I asked. "I am by your selfishness." She said. "But can we talk about that later?" She asked. I nodded. "Yay!" She giggled before pressing her lips to mine. I smiled and happily kissed my wild bride back. 'I could have nine kids...' The thought gave me butterflies of excitement.
