((Tygr POV))

I was woken up when I was set onto the ground. I formed back into a girl and stood to stretch. I saw Thorin leaving the room. I quickly followed him. "Goodmorning Thorin~ " I said happily. He turned and smiled at me. "Goodmorning, you should get ready to leave." I nodded and grinned.

I turned and ran to the bathroom. I quickly threw water on my face and brushed through my long hair and brushed my tail. I left the bathroom and grabbed my bag and met the other dwarves outside. "Is Bilbo coming with is?" I asked Fili. He shrugged, "I'm not sure." I nodded, "hey can you hold my bag on your pony?" Fili smiled. "Of course! Anything for you." He said as he rubbed my ear. I twiched and blushed. "Hehe could you p-please not do t-that." I said taking his hand off my ear. All he did was laugh. I laughed nervously and backed away.

"Are we all ready to go?" I heard Thorin yell. Small replies of yes where heard.

"Tygr, don't you need a pony?" Bofur asked me. I shook my head and formed into a medium sized wolf that was about the size of an adult warg. All the dwarves looked at me.

((Thorin POV))

I glanced down at Tygr and my eyes widened. "Is that her full form...she's huge!" I said in disbelief. "No, that is only her traveling form. Her fighting form...that's the one you should be scared of. She has no control while in it, in this form she has slight control though she is an animal mostly." Gandalf said in reply.

Soon we all where on our way out of the shire. I glanced down at Tygr who was sniffing the ground as she walked, why...I'm not sure. Suddenly we heard a yell behind us. "WAIT! I've signed it!" Suddenly Tygr whipped around and her fur was raised and she had her teeth out and her ears where flat on her head. Bilbo stopped in his tracks out if fear. She inched closer to him and growled. Suddenly Fili hopped quickly off his pony and stood in front of Bilbo. "Tygr! He's not going to hurt us! He couldn't if he tried!" Fili shouted, bilbo looked offended. Tygr backed away slightly, and perked up her ears as if she was listening. "We're all safe Tygr, thank you for protecting us." Fili said holding both hands out to her. Suddenly she shrunk down to a puppy and jumped into Fili's arms. "Hahaha good girl!" Fili laughed and put Tygr on the ground. She formed back into a girl. "I'm sorry Bilbo...instincts." She simply said. "It's...quite alright...anyways." He turned to Balin and handed him the contract. While that was going on Tygr came to me. "Can I ride with you?" She asked. I held my hand out and she grabbed it and lifted herself onto the horse. "Your ferocious." I said jokingly. She laughed. "Oh trust me you haven't seen anything." She said with a grin." I grinned and we moved on on our adventure.
I wanted to know more about her. "So...do you have any family?" I asked her. She shook her head. "They where all killed." She said solidly. "What? By who?" She sighed and laid her head on my back. "Have you heard of Azog? The Defiler?" She said. My breath hitched. "Yes...I have." I said. "Well, he enslaved all my people...used them for sport. He was very fond of me though...he used to make me sleep in his room. He used me as a ride. I hate him...but he saved my life at the same time." I was utterly confused. "How did he save your life?" I asked. "Well...before he enslaved my family and I. You must know I wasn't a very good swimmer when I was little, I can swim just fine now. I used to live in a house that was on a cliff and right above was a extremely deep lake. He came onto my family's land to speak with me...I got so scared and I backed away from him only to fall right off the cliff..." She went quiet for a moment. "He dove in right after me and swam me to shore...at first I thought he was different...not like the other disgusting orcs. Then he brought me to where all the other orcs lived and I was horrified when shackles where locked on my wrists and I was to never see the light of day again. However...Azog...grew very fond of me...he grew to actually love me. He told me he did. I was really confused because...if he did love me...then why did he enslave my entire race? Why did he use me for sport...why did he force me to do horrible things." She went completely silent. I couldn't believe my ears. She knew Azog...he loves her...her entire race was wiped out because if him.

"I am sorry...that happened to you." I said in a low tone. "Yeah...I am too...the weird thing is is that I don't hate him...I can't. He saved my life I would be dead if he hadn't pulled me out of the water, but that doesn't change the fact I never wish to see him again...and if I do...I just might kill him. If I ever found out that he's done something to any of my friend since then, he's as good at dead." After that I didn't hear a single word from her for a long while. What she said danced in my head.

"I just might kill him. He's as good as dead. I can't hate him..."

I shook my head and rode on.
