Thorin POV

I watched Tygr walk ahead of us, wrestling with Echo in wolf form. I grinned as they went head to head, growling biting and scratching. "Tygr be careful!" I said. The two stopped and looked at me. Tygr formed back into a girl and ran to my side, Echo right behind her. "Okay!" She said smiling. "I said be careful, I didn't say you had to stop." I said with a grin. She shrugged, "I was getting tired anyways. "HA, I win." Echo said. "What you say?!" Tygr growled with a smirk. "I. WIN." Echo said. "Oh it's on and you are going DOWN!" Tygr laughed and went to tackle the dragon. "WAIT STOP!" Fili yelled as he grabbed Tygr around the waist and covered her mouth with his hand. "Do you hear that?" Fili said. We all heard an uproar of warg howls. Tygr sniffed the air and her ears twitched. She pulled Fili's hand off her mouth. "Orcs...I don't think their to far behind." She said. I nodded. We ran to where we where hidden by the side of a small mountain. "Mr. Baggins go look and see if you can see the Orc pack." Thorin said. Bilbo nodded and ran off. "I can smell them... they stink." Echo said quietly. I nodded, "you should smell trolls." I said. I heard Kili snicker at Tygr's words...can't blame him. She was right.

We waited for Bilbo to come back and tell us the news. I glanced over at Tygr and noticed she was very close to being back to normal. "Isn't she supposed to have her memories back by now?" I asked looking at Gandalf. Gandalf sighed, "Tygr, come here my dear." He said. "Yeah?" She asked, I then noticed the shine she had in her eyes when she was a child was gone. "Do you...remember what happened to your parents? And yourself?" Gandalf asked. Tygr nodded, "yes...I do. Why?" She asked. "Do you know how to swim?" I asked. Tygr once again nodded. "What is your brothers name?" I asked. "Brother?" Gandalf asked, as if he honestly didn't knot Tygr had a brother. "Be-" Tygr was cut off by Bilbo running back. "How close is the pack?" Dwalin asked. "Too close. A couple of leagues, no more, but that is not the worst of it." Bilbo said looking rather worried. "Have the Wargs picked up our scent?" Gandalf asked. "Not yet but they will, we have another problem though." Bilbo said. "See! What did I tell you? Quiet as a mouse! Perfect burglar material!" Gandalf said. I looked to my right to see Tygr sniffing the air. "W-wait a minute..." She said. The dwarves looked at her. "What?" Dwalin asked. "That scent...I recognize it." She said. I raised an eyebrow in curiosity. "Bilbo, what else did you see?" Tygr asked. "A large beast, way bigger than a warg." He said. "What form did this beast take? Like a bear?" Gandalf asked. "Yes..." Bilbo said. I watched Tygr's hand fly to cover her mouth. All at once we saw her physical form almost go completely back to normal. "Tygr? What is it?" Gandalf asked. "...nothing...it's nothing..." She muttered shaking her head and scratching behind her ear. "I say we double back." Bofur said. "No!" Tygr yelled. "What? Why?" Dwalin asked. "Well I can give you three good reasons. One: if that "beast" is who I think it is he won't hurt is. Two: they can give us a safe place to rest...and if we go to that place I become stronger, and three: if we double back we will be run down by a pack of orcs." Tygr said. I could see the maturity of her former self pierce through her adolescent appearance. "There's a house not far from here where we may take refuge." Gandalf said. Tygr nodded, "we'll be safe there." She said. "What choice do we have?" I asked as a Warg howl erupted. "Um...none." Tygr said, then turned to Echo. "Echo I don't want you running with us okay? So fly above and just stay back until I come and get you in a little while." Tygr said. Echo looked afraid, then shook her head. Tygr held both sides of her face and kissed her forehead, "you'll be alright, I promise. Go on, now!" She said. Echo growled in unhappiness but flew off ether way. I watched Tygr wipe a small tear away. "O-okay let's go." She said.

Tygr POV

I was honestly heartbroken I had to send Echo away but it had to be done. I formed into a rather large wolf and we ran.

I ran behind the company so I could watch each of them. We ran into a forest and I looked back to see Azogs party catching up fast. I growled and formed into my full form and turned back and jumped ripping and Orc from it's warg. The other Wargs skidded to a stop and I sprinted as fast as I could back to the company. I barked viciously causing the company to run faster. We excited the forest and spied a house ahead. I barked again and to my surprise I scared Bombur making him sprint faster than any of the other dwarves. They ran through the gate and went to the door. I turned and saw a massive black bear running at us. I growled and ran towards the door. "Move!" Thorin shouted. The dwarves moved away as I rammed the door open. We got inside and I reared up and pressed my front paws to the doors holding them shut with all my strength. I felt the bear trying to push the door open but failing as our strength where equal. The bear stopped and I formed back into a girl? Panting and my hand on my chest. "My god Tygr, are you alright?!" Balin asked, noticing my face was beat red from exostion and I was unable to form words at the moment, therefor I just nodded. "What is that?!" Ori asked. "That is-" Gandalf started but I cut him off. "Beorn...my brother." I said. The dwarves looked at me in shock.
"That's your brother?! Why did he still chase us when he saw you?" Fili asked. "Because he was in his animal form, that and he probably didn't recognize me. I haven't seen him since I was ten." I breathed. "He's leaving!" Ori said looking out the window. "Come away from there! It's not natural, none of it. It's obvious: he's under some dark spell." Gloin said. I glared at the dwarf. "He's not under a spell! He's just like me, do you think I'm under some dark spell?" I growled looking at the dwarf. "N-no, I don't." He said. "Then don't talk of my brother as though he's any different than me." I said. "Get some rest, all of you. We will be safe here." Gandalf said. Glanced at Thorin who gestured for me to come to him. I walked and stood infront of the king. "So, do you think your brother remembers you?" Thorin asked. I sighed, "I honestly don't know...I hope so." I muttered. I walked over to the window to see Beorn still walking around, guarding the house. He was much much bigger than the last time I saw him, I couldn't wait until I got to speak with him again.
