Lizzie's POV: I smiled thankfully as Hope helped me down from the horse. "What do you want to do first", I asked her. "We can go shopping. I saw this top the other day that would go great with my jeans", I rambled. "We could dance again. That was fun", I grinned. "Or maybe we could-"
"Lizzie", Hope interrupted with a giggle, causing me to send her a sheepish smile.
"Sorry. I'm just so excited", I admitted.
"I'm sure we have time for all of that", she smiled.
"Really", I grinned.
"Absolutely", she hummed. "But first we probably should...", she trailed off before I quickly covered my ears as she squealed excitedly. "The art show's in town", she gaped before tugging on my arm childishly. "We have to go", she begged as I smiled to myself in amusement. If I knew that taking her to an art show would make her loosen up, I would've done this sooner.
"Lead the way", I said, causing a large grin to spread across her face as her eyes sparkled. Grabbing my hand, I laughed as she began dragging me through a crowd of people before nearly running over someone, causing her to release me. "Sorry about that", I apologized. "My fiancee is just really excited about...", I trailed off as they turned around, causing my smile to melt away.

Josie's POV: Walking through town, I held the shopping list in my hands as Penelope recited a couple of items that we needed to pick up. "I still don't understand why you won't let Pedro come with us", I frowned.
"I already told you", she said. "The streets are a dangerous place, Josie", she pointed out. "They're full of murders, beggars, thieves-"
"What's wrong with that", I asked, crossing my arms defensively, causing Penelope to sigh as she came to a stop.
"I just don't want him around any of that stuff", she explained. "I get that you live in a 'magical land' where everything is perfect, but in the Kingdom Of Darkness, you can't just skip down the streets singing all day", she commented, causing my eyes to narrow.
"What are you saying", I questioned.
"I'm saying that things are different here", she stated. "People are living on the streets. We actually have to work for what we own-"
"You think we didn't have it rough", I scoffed.
"Honestly. No, I don't", she retorted. "I would give anything to have your life. To actually have a princess that's nice and doesn't treat everyone like slaves. To get enough money each month that pays the rent and sent Pedro into school", she said. "While I was over here slaving away trying to make a living, you were over there living your perfect life, and getting anything you ever wanted handed to you-"
"You think my life was so perfect", I shouted angrily. "Then take it", I exclaimed, shoving her back harshly. "Maybe then I'll be free from this stupid fantasy. I won't have to sit back with my mouth shut, and watch all my sister's dreams come true while I'm treated like shit. And maybe I won't have to live with the fact that my sister murdered someone to save my life", I yelled tearfully.
"Josie", she sighed regretfully, stepping forward.
"Don't touch me", I yelled.
"Josie, what's wrong", Penelope asked worriedly. "Josie", she repeated.
"Josie, are you even listening", Lizzie spoke up, causing me to jump slightly.
"I'm sorry", I apologized. "You were saying", I asked, causing her to roll her eyes in amusement.
"Just meet me back here in an hour", she said as I nodded silently. "Don't make me have to come find you", she joked as I watched her disappear into a crowd of people.
"Josie", Penelope called, waving her hand in front of my face, causing me to wince. "Are you okay", she asked me in concern. I opened my mouth to answer before a shiver went down my spine, causing me to immediately turn my head.
"What's going on over there", I questioned, pointing toward the large crowd of people.
"I...don't know", she admitted as we quickly made our way over.
"Oh my God...", I gasped, covering my mouth in horror.
"Is that...the princess", Penelope gaped.
