It was a little over a month before they let everyone go back to classes. Some people protested, for an obvious reason. Where were the students safe if the dorms could be attacked as well?

Kirishima let out a sighed as he moved into his seat. The room was deathly silent, not a single person said a word. Everyone knew why. Even though no one has confirmed or denied it, it was obvious with how one seat was empty. His eyes moved to the empty seat. He honestly half expected to see the blonde sitting there looking at him, asking what was wrong.

The dull silence was broken when the door opened. Everyone was in their seats, but Aizawa still told everyone to shut up and sit down. He moved to the front, beginning class like usual.

But no one was listening "It's not true, is it Mr. Aizawa?" Ashido spoke up, being the first one brave enough to say anything. "He.. Kaminari.." Her head turned to look to the empty desk beside her.

Aizawa turned, looking to the class. He let out a sigh as he leaned against the podium at the front "We have determined that Denki Kaminari was indeed the traitor that we believed was just a rumor" He started, Kirishima started to feel sick to his stomach thinking about it. "We were able to prevent the building from falling completely. Though it is still extremely dangerous to live in, which is why you all were placed in temporary living."

"I'm sorry, but that doesnt answer her question" Iida was the one to say something this time, it was odd to hear him say something that could be considered talking back. "There is no way it was him. No one in our class would do something like that"

"His room was completely cleared out, none of the furniture remained. We also found a hidden storage where he kept plans of the attack. We confiscated and confirmed that they were indeed identical to the attack"

Kirishima heard Ashido sniffle. He glanced over and saw she had her head in her hands "I-I thought he was just depressed. He seemed really down.. I never thought he would do this.. He was always so happy up until the end"

"He didnt want to do it.. at least, not at the end" Bakugou's voice surprised everyone. He had his feet on the desk and his arms crossed.

"You were the one always talking about how we shouldnt trust him!" Sero nearly shouted "You went on and on about how you believed he was the traitor"

"I was right wasnt I? But he was upset because he didnt want to do it anymore. I think when he first started, he wanted to... He changed at the end though. His laughter was always forced at the beginning"

"Why did he do it then!?" Ashido was obviously crying now, her voice cracking "That idiot.. We could have helped him.. if he didnt want to be a villain anymore, we could have helped him"

Kirishima spoke up now, tired of listening to them "I.. this is the second time I'm finding out that he was the traitor" he said carefully, looking down to his desk. He noticed something yellow poking out of it. "The first time, he had me brainwashed to forget.. but he fought so hard to keep me alive.. I feel sick every time I remember it.."

He closed his eyes, fighting the feeling to throw up "I think he really liked being with us.. why didnt he choose us.. why didnt he choose me" he didnt mean to say that last part, he was just talking, saying the things on his mind "Kaminari is good, he is. He's a good person. I have no idea what he was thinking about, but he cried.. and he apologized. He was crying when he ran away.."

"Kirishima.." Ashido said, her voice small. He only shook his head, opening his eye again

"I know he did something awful, and I should be pissed about it! But.. I can't bring myself to do it. I don't want to be mad at him.. So for now, let's just pretend he's sick or something.. Because I doubt he wants us talking about him."

"But he-" Someone started to say, he didn't care to pick out who's voice it was.

"I know, but let's just.. learn alright?"

Aizawa sighed as he started to speak, Kirishima tuned him out as he reached into the desk for the yellow paper poking out of it. It was an envelop with Kaminari's messy writing on it. He realized it was his name that Kaminari had written on the envelop, and there were a lot of silly stickers on it. He slipped the paper out of it since the envelop wasn't sealed.

It was a letter, with multiple corssed out words. Almost like Kaminari couldn't even get his thoughts out on the paper. Kirishima realized that he should have been paying attention in class, but he couldn't stop himself from reading over the messy handwriting.

If you're reading this, then it means that I went through with the plan to destroy the dorms. I thought about it a lot, whether or not I should do it. Honestly, I know that I shouldn't but it's too late.

I've been apart of the League of Villains since I was young, and I started at UA with the full intention to not care about any of you.. but I couldn't do it. Especially because of Bakugou, Sero, Ashido and of course, you.

Dammit, this is kind of hard. I've been trying to write this letter for a while now, rereading it and not liking the things I've been writing. This doesn't really sound like me..

But you know, I had a lot of fun at UA. With you.. I started to actually believe that the 'me' with all of you was the real me. But it isn't, and it could never be.

I have to make this short. Mostly because I have no real idea what to say, other than that I'm sorry. I betrayed your trust.. your love. The reason I didn't kiss you back that day wasn't because I didn't want it, honestly I really did. I started to feel things with you that I didn't think I would.

The reason I didn't kiss you was because I knew we'd both be hurt more, if I admitted it. If I told you I loved you. So I won't tell you, I'll write it instead.

Kirishima stopped reading, mostly because his vision had blurred. Kaminari loved him back?  He gave a small laugh, despite being in class. This was it, this is what he had to do. Kirishima stood up from his desk, ignoring the looks from his classmates and teacher as he left the classroom.
