"Amora, you haven't stopped bouncing that pen on your thigh since you've got here, what's up?"
I couldn't help but think of the question Levi asked me the other day.
What idiot would just come out and ask something like that?! Did he have no dignity?
He's way too freaking honest and for what!
"Just thinking about the project," I lied.
"Yeah...right."
A boy came over to where Celean and I were sitting. He was rather tall and lanky, but the good kind. "Hey can I rock it with you guys? Bunch of these people are some weirdos."
Celean glanced at me and I shrugged, "Sure."
He turned the seat around to it's back and sat facing me, resting his arms on the head of the chair. "I'm Milo by the way," he stated, tapping a bit at the silver ring in his nose.
"I'm Amora and this is Celean."
Celean held up a peace sign, being too occupied with looking up make-up tutorials.
"Have you two made your project yet?"
I started drawing music notes in my notebook, "It's getting there."
"Getting there?" he asked as if my words were a disease, "It's due tomorrow."
"Shut up, I know. You mean to tell me you finished yours already?"
He laid his head on the desk, and some of his wavy light brown hair fell over his eyes, "Yeah. Did it the first night. Had nothing else better to do, y'know?"
"Well you're punctual."
"Of course," he smiled and sat up, looking at his watch, "Where is Mr. Hex?"
"Didn't you hear? He had an affair with a student," a girl said from behind me.
My eyes widened, "Not my daddy, hold on."
Celean stopped watching her video and turned around in her seat, "Oh, we got some tea?"
Milo rubbed his hands over his face, groaning, "Oh god. Here we go..."
The girl clapped her hands, "Yes, and apparently h-"
"Sorry I'm late class!" Hex ran in and placed his laptop on his desk.
His hair was wild. He looked like he hadn't slept. As usual.
"I'll be extending the deadline of your projects for Monday."
Milo looked at me, "Works in your favor."
I giggled and Hex started rubbing his eyes.
"Anywho...I have a meeting I need to attend. If you have any questions, you know who to call. Until then, we have two professional guests who can help tutor you through the process."
I watched as two young men came into the classroom and some of the class gasped.
I wasn't happy, to say the least.
One of them was Levi.
"This is Jeremy and Levi, from the upcoming popular band called Unseeing. Some of you probably have heard of them, some not, but these two are the real deal. Treat them with respect. Good day."
Hex gave a pat on each of their shoulders, "Make yourselves at home."
They nodded and Hex left the classroom.
Jeremy, a guy with long curly hair and a fashion sense that was out of this world, thought to speak first. "Alright guys, if you need any help I'll be glad to lend a hand. I don't bite. Promise."
