I looked at the guys watching me from the other side of the glass, and I gulped, rethinking this all.
Levi placed his hand around my eyes, and suddenly my fast breathing began to slow. My mind was a hurricane of words that all revolved around little phrases: "they're watching" "I'll mess up" "big mistake", but it all came to a still.
"All in the eyes," Levi whispered.
I couldn't help but smile. He always had some miracle trick up his sleeve.
"Now sing for me."
I nodded and sang whatever came to mind, not caring what was heard or how the words were formed.
I'm doing this for you, Kyra.
For you.
When I reached the chorus, Levi stiffened behind me.
"He said veins for your pain, I'll take your stress away. Showed me how to live with broken pieces, I'll never be the same. I didn't wanna trust it, no...but now I love it ohhh. He said love wasn't a wishing game. Started with a simple touch, now these fantasies are too big to tame,"
The boys on the other side of the glass were starting to nod, surprised.
"Taking it slowly, liking to hear me cry out his name...they all call me mini him cause I don't bear the shame--"
"Cut, cut, cut!" Jace waved his arm and pressed a button.
Levi kept his hand over my eyes and kissed my ear, "You did amazing."
I bit my lip and he kept moving against me, trying to make space for some reason, but the hoodie kept us two binded together.
"Did I really?" I asked him.
He nodded and groaned a little, "Were you getting a little um...horny at the end?"
I felt my face heat up, "Oh lord, what did I sing?"
He chuckled, "Don't worry about it."
I played with my fingers, "Can I see now?"
Levi moved his hand from my eyes and I looked at the mic in front of me, before seeing the boys huddled together in the other room.
I couldn't believe I sang...
I squeezed around in Levi's hoodie until I was facing his chest.
"You okay?" he laughed.
I nodded and placed my head on his shoulder, "I can't believe I did it..."
"I knew you could, you just needed to start off small."
I happily looked up at him and he kissed me, sucking the tongue out of my mouth. I could taste something like peppers on him. Maybe he ate some spicy chicken earlier?
"No ma'am, no ham, you will be damned," I heard Josiah say into the speaker.
Screw him.
Levi heard my soft moan and moved his lips from mine, in utter defeat. "Fuck..."
I trailed my hand underneath his shirt, giggling, "Good thing they can't see what's going on underneath this hoodie."
"Very good," he nodded as he started chewing his bottom lip. I quickly saw what he was talking about.
That's why he kept moving around...so I wouldn't feel it.
"Did I say something you liked?" I smirked at him.
"Your lyrics were about me, I know it."
I turned back around and pressed my back into him. He hissed, "Stop Amora."
