(A/N: ok but Mark with a guitar is ultimate boyfriend material.)

Donghyuck got out of the shower after about half an hour, deciding he didn't like his skin all pruney and shoved on some ratty t-shirt he had gotten from his friend Chenle and a pair of sweatpants that lost most of their soft properties.

There was a knock on his door as soon as he pulled on some mismatched fuzzy socks he was sure he had stolen from Jaemin.

You gotta be kidding me.

Donghyuck sighed before freezing.

Who the fuck was at his door at 11:30 at night?

He felt a chill run down his spine before searching around his bedroom before grabbing onto a pillow.

He slowly tiptoed his way to the front door. He didnt not have the energy to fight a fucking murderer.

He looked through his peep hole but it was too dark in the hallway, the stupid owner still hadn't fixed the lights despite the complaints about it.

Donghyuck grabbed onto the door handle and pulled the door open quickly and raised his pillow above his head in threat.

His eyes widened when he saw the person on the other side of the door.

Mark was standing there in a blue hoodie and jeans. His guitar was strapped to his back and there was a pink box which looked like the ones they used at the bakery and a grocery bag in the other. His brown eyes wide as he stared back at Donghyuck.

"What...the fuck?" Donghyuck said as he lowered the pillow- very harmful weapon- and stared at Mark.

"Shouldn't I be saying that?" Mark chuckled awkwardly. "You came to the door with a pillow above your head."

"I thought you were a murderer!" Donghyuck exclaimed, trying to defend himself.

"And what? You were gonna smother me?" Mark laughed and Donghyuck just stomped his foot on the ground like a child before composing himself.

After all.

Mark Lee was at his door.

"What are you doing here?" Donghyuck asked before pulling out his phone and checking the time. "It's 11:40."

"It's your birthday," Mark pouted looking at the things he was carrying in his hands.

Donghyuck's heart fluttered at the pout. He looked so fricken cute and squishy.

Bad squishy. Bad squishy!

Donghyuck said in his head.

"Im sorry what?" Mark raised a brow at him.

"What?" Donghyuck tilted his head.

"Did you just call me a bad squishy?" Mark's nose scrunched a bit as he chuckled at the bizarre words.

"Oh shit I said that out loud," Donghyuck stated before slamming the door in Marks face. "NO I DIDN'T."

"Aww c'mon hyuck," Mark giggled on the other side of the door, a light fist hitting against it. "I brought you something."

Donghyuck opened the door again slowly, peering through a small crack in it.

Mark was peering back at him with his head and body tilted with an amused smile on his face.

"You...didn't need to," Donghyuck mumbled softly, opening the door fully again when Mark stretched his right hand out.

Donghyuck was right, the pink box in his hand had the bakery logo on it in white swoopy letters.
