The next thing Donghyuck felt was water rushing out of his lungs, he sat up quickly and puked the water out. His eyes squeezed shut as he tried to comprehend what was happening.

He heaved for air as a hand pressed on his stomach and more water came out of him.

He felt his whole body throbbing,his heart beating erratically as the hand pushed one more time and the most around of water expelled from his lungs.

He shuddered against the grass beneath him, his fist clutching onto it like a life line.

There was a warm hand on his face and his eyes busted open when there was a small and fragile whisper. "Hyuckie?..."

Jaemin was crouched near his head with tears swimming in his eyes.

Donghyuck narrowed his own in confusion and he tried to catch his breath before groaning at how much it hurt to breath. "...what happened?"

"You almost fucking drown idiot," Renjun shouted at him and Donghyuck turned his gaze over to the other people crowded around him.

Renjun was standing with his hands on his hips, his concern and anger clear on his face.

Jeno was standing too next to Jaemin who was still hunched over. Jeno was soaking wet from top to bottom, shivering as his face showed no emotion but his eyes showed concern too.

Jeno was the one that saved him.

Then there was Mark, with his hand resting on Donghyucks stomach.

So he was the one that was pushing.

Ew.

That meant Mark watched Donghyuck throw up.

Real cute hyuck.

Donghyuck tried to sit up but stopped when he noticed a girl standing a bit farther away but still near the group.

He recognized her as Kang Mina.

She was an extremely sweet girl in his history class.

He had talked to her a few times and they were actually partners for a short project once.

But what was she doing here?

Hus question was answered when his stomach started to hurt and she rushed forward to pull on Mark's wrist. "Markie you're pushing!"

Mark gasped and took his hand away, looking into Donghyucks eyes before apologizing. "Im sorry! Are you alright?"

Donghyuck felt bad for pushing his boundaries.

Of course Mark had a girlfriend.

He was so stupid.

Donghyuck could only feel his wet clothes and the wind forcing the cold into his bones.

"Hyuckie you can hear me right?" Jaemin asked, stroking Donghyucks cheekbone before pulled back with a small huff. "Y-you're so cold."

Donghyuck finally sat up but had to lean on Jaemin because his frozen muscles wouldn't support his body.

"We need to get him home," Jeno shuddered and adjusted his wet arms across his wet chest. "He'll start convulsing if you keep him out in the cold like this."

Donghyuck honestly felt like his world was swirling as Jeno's words began to take truth. His body was shaking the tiniest bit, the shakes starting to grow stronger and a bit more painful.

His breaths becoming shuddery and more like a wheeze.

"I'll take him home," Mark was quick to offer as his worry melted clearly over his face.
