"If you dont ask her what the fuck is going on then I will," Renjun crossed his arms tightly over his chest.
"But she seems so scary," Donghyuck pouted and gave a glance towards the closed classroom door.
"You can't really be serious?" Renjun rolled his eyes before shaking Donghyuck's shoulders. "You. Can't. Fail. A. Class. When. You. Don't. Deserve. To. Fail. It."
"But who knows, maybe I'm just stupid," Donghyuck tried to make a last excuse because he didnt want to face the demon lady.
"Yep. You know what, you are stupid," Renjun agreed and Donghyuck immediately scoffed in offense. "You are stupid not to go in there and get what you deserve and thats the high grades you work hard to get."
"Aww junnie," Donghyuck fake sniffled. "I didn't know you cared so much."
"Get in there before I beat your ass," Renjun groaned and raised a fist and Donghyuck tried to cling onto him.
"Ok, ok," Donghyuck rolled his eyes with a small smile, turning towards the door.
What he didnt expect was for it to swing open and for Mark Lee to walk out.
"Ok, thank you Ms.Kim," Mark smiled back, his eyes going wide when he saw Donghyuck right in front of him. His hand let go and the door closed behind him.
"Hey," Mark let one side of his mouth turn up but still rubbed the back of his neck.
"Oh hey," Donghyuck said back, letting his hands hold onto his backpack straps.
It was awkward.
They hadn't talked in over a week.
Not since Donghyuck cried like a baby.
Not since Mark drove him home and Donghyuck rushed out of his car and into the safety of his home.
"Hate to break up this not awkward tension but Hyuck needs to have a conversation with Ms.Kim," Renjun smiled politely before pushing Donghyucks shoulder.
"Oh wait I-" Mark tried to say but Renjun cut him off again.
"Nope, not now," Renjun shook his head and pushed Donghyuck further towards the door. "He needs to talk to her now."
"Ok but," Mark quickly latched onto Donghyucks wrist, making the brunette face him. "I need to ask you something later."
Donghyuck dont say yes.
Dont you dare.
Dont-
"Ok..." Donghyuck said before Renjun yanked the door open and shove him inside.
Donghyucks stumbled into the empty classroom with a blush on his face.
What did Mark want to ask him?
More importantly....could he handle it?
"Do you need something Mr.Lee?" Ms.Kim asked him in her cold voice, her glasses perched down at the bottom of her nose.
"Oh uhm," Donghyuck clasped his hands infront of him. "Yes ma'am...I had a question...pertaining to my grades..."
"Which is?" Ms.Kim just shuffled through her papers on her desk, not even bothering to give Donghyuck her full attention.
"...I don't understand why all my grades are so low..." Donghyuck let out quiet but stable. "I always have the same answers as Jaemin-ah...why are my grades so low?"
"Mr.Lee," Ms.Kim shook her head at him before pointing to one of the student desks. "Sit."
Donghyuck slowly made his way over to the desk, sitting down and looking at the table top in front of him.
