You are close friends with ash, Sam, and Mike, best friends with Chris and josh, just so you know. Also you are wearing the jacket above, with leggings, and a white beanie along with the black tank top that she's wearing.
Things in bold are your choices
"I'm going up to the cabin, I'm getting cold out here." I tucked my hands into the pockets of my fluffy jacket. Mike grinned at my response, clapping Chris on the shoulder.
"See you up there man."
"Be safe, alright?" I gave him a small wave, quickly following after the tall boy.
"Lifts already here!" Mike rushed into the lift, rubbing his bare hands together in a sad attempt to warm them. I paused, looking towards a sign that caught my eye. It was about some escapee around this area. "Y/n, come on I'm freezing!"
I took one last look towards the picture of the man on the poster. "Hey Mike, maybe we shouldn't leave Chris down here by himself." He walked towards me, reaching out to take my arm.
"What? Oh come on. He's... tough? It'll be fine. Don't worry so much. Now let's go!" I was pulled onto the lift, doors closing.
We sat in silence for a moment.
Looking out of the frosty window and towards the mountains, I admired the way the moon glinted off the snow. I sat across from Mike and he studied my face. "What are you thinking about?"
"This view never gets old." I lied, well it was half a lie. Just wasn't what I was thinking about at the moment.
"Look, I know you wanted him to come with us." His voice had a careful tone, sensing my anxiety. "But if you think about it, if he came with us," he paused for a moment, "then Sam would have been alone."
"I guess you have a point." I sighed deeply, taking off my beanie and playing with the fuzzy Pom Pom on top. "I just have a bad feeling about this. It just seems off."
"Hey I know, we haven't been here in a while and the last time we were here.." he paused, remembering what played out on that dreadful night. Sucking in a breath, "you know what happened."
"Hey, that wasn't your fault Mike." His head was hung low. "Mikey, look at me. You can't blame yourself for what happened. It wasn't your idea to do the prank, besides. None of us could have seen this coming."
He let out a sigh, his breath looking like smoke due to the frigid air. "Yeah, whatever you say."
"It's weird to be back. But it'll be ok. We will be careful, stick together. No one will go missing."
"Promise?" He held up his pinky, smiling a bit.
"I promise." We crossed our pinkies, laughing.
The gondola stopped roughly, causing us both to jerk. "Ladies first," he bowed, laughing as I walked passed him.
I pushed on the door, only for it to not budge. "It's either locked or jammed." It was snowing quite a lot today it is possible it could have gotten stuck after the others went through.
He took my spot, jiggling the doorknob. "Not locked."
He turned the knob and pushed himself against the door. He tried this a few times before finally ramming into it. I watched as Mike fell onto his hands and knees, flinching as the cold snow made contact with his bare hands. "Shit."
"Are you ok?!" I helped him up, pulling my backpack to the front of me to grab something.
"Yeah I'm fine. Should we leave this-thank you," he took the hand warmer from my hands and shook it. "Should we leave this door open for the others?"
As if on cue, the heavy door swings shut. "Never mind then."
"Let's get going, you must be freezing." We continued along the path, hearing the wind rustling against the trees. At least we hopped it was the wind.
We stopped in front of the house, seeing Josh and Ashley were the only ones outside. "Where's everyone else?"
"I would assume they would almost be here." Josh looked at his watch, glancing back up to Mike and I.
"Alright, I'm gonna go back along the trail and see if I find anyone." Mike quickly turned, but I grabbed his coat.
"Are you crazy? You're all wet," he looked down to his damp knees.
"The cabin's locked anyway, I think the lock must be frozen." I glared in Josh's direction.
"Mike don't go alone."
"Will you relax, Nothings out here. I just want to find Jess."
1. If you like Mike. I gripped his jacket tighter "Why do you want to find her?" He looked down at me, trying to read my expression. I wish I had done a better job keeping my jealous tone at bay.
Sighing deeply, with a last glance to the others, he responded. "We are kinda a thing." My heart dropped at this. "What's wrong?"
"Nothing." I let go of the fabric, hand falling to my side. "Just go."
2. If you don't have a crush on Mike. "Oh?"
"Yeah, we are kind of a thing." A light blush dusted his cheeks.
"Look at you, getting out there and finding yourself a girl."
Josh cheered behind me, "have you taken her to the... you know."
Mike laughed, rubbing the back of his neck, "No no, but you know. Romantic cabin trip." He winked, pulling himself away from my grip and following the path. "See ya!"
....
Josh examined the lock while I sat next to Ash. A few minutes passed before she spoke. "Hey, haven't seen you in a while.""Yeah, been busy I guess." I tried to keep my tone steady, lying wasn't my strong suit.
"I get that. It's been hectic ever-" she stopped herself, glancing over her shoulder at the boy who was now looking at us with sad eyes. "I'm sorry Josh."
He shrugged, plopping down next to me and giving me a big hug. "Damn I haven't seen you in a long time."
"Thought you said you were with Josh nearly everyday?" I jumped as the glasses wearing boy spoke.
"Chris! Well you see I was-"
"Woah, I was just messing around." He laughed at my now red cheeks. "Hey Ash."
