torn inbetween (shisui x reader x kakashi )

the morning after

you woke up to the sun glistening through your bedroom window. stretching your arms and legs as you sat up in your bed. you look next to you to see he was no longer in your bed.

"did he really just one night stand me" you thought in your head getting frustrated. standing up out of your bed you realize the large shirt your in is not your own. you walk to the bathroom connected to your bedroom and recognize the shirt was shisuis. in the mirror you see a little sticky note.

"i'm sorry i had to leave before you woke up, tsunade called me in. see you tonight" with a little heart in the bottom right corner.

a heart? you thought to yourself. he's left heart on messages a couple times before but was this heart different, did we cross a line that we can't return from?? confused and nervous you take the sticky not off the mirror and shove it in a drawer so no one else will see it.

suddenly you hear a knock on your bedroom door.

"y/n, can we go visit big brother and kakashi sensei ?" you hear sasuke ask through the door.

"uh, yeah. just let me get ready and we can go" you say. hearing kakashis name reminded you of the moment you shared on your last mission and the words exchanged. does this mean i should see kakashi, does shisui think this was more then what it was, was it more then what it was? so many questions filled your mind as you got ready.

as you and sasuke walked up to the hospital doors sasuke grabbed you hand and looked at you.

" itachis going to be okay right?" he asks shyly.

"of course sasuke, he should be able to come home today." you say reassuring him. sasukes face starts to brighten up as you walk into the hospital.

" hi are you here to see itachi uchiha and kakashi hatake?" the nurse asked.

" yes" you respond with. the nurse bring you to the room itachi is in and says "kakashi it in room 204, just across the hall" with a smile and walks out.

"how are you doing big brother" sasuke asks running up to give him a hug.

" i'll be fine sasuke" itachi says stoic. " y/n how is the rest of the team?"

" i'm fine, shisui was fine last i saw him and we haven't visited kakashi yet"

"go check up on kakashi, i'm fine here with sasuke" itachi says shooing you out the door with his hand motion.

you stood out in the hall nervously looking at room 204. you felt you heart rate increase at the thought of going into kakashis room. after thinking about the moment you both shared, being around him made you nervous.

why am i nervous. you think to yourself. i have no reason to be nervous, it's just kakashi. and with that you opened the door and walked right in. frozen in your steps you see him standing up shirtless next to his bed. he looks at you as he grabs the shirt off the chair next to him.

"have you ever heard of knocking?" he asks you with a smile across his face so you know he's not actually upset.

you stare at his bare chest taking it in with all its glory. his abs were perfectly toned and the scares across them only made him look more attractive.

"i... uh." you say unable to comprehend a sentence. "sorry" you say giggling and blushing.

"no worries" he says putting his shirt on over his head.

"i just came to check on you, make sure you were okay."

" i'm doing much better, thank you" he says but you can tell through his mask he's blushing. "soooo, what do you say about going to dinner tonight" he asks quite shyly rubbing the back of his neck.

" i would love to, but i have some, business to deal with" you say nervously.

" oh, yeah no problem. another time" he says with disappointment. you didn't want to reject the offer but you felt that it was more important you figured things out with shisui before hand.

"but" you say trying to clear up the bad energy in the air. "if i finish early i'd like to take you up on that offer" you smile at him and he began to blush.

suddenly sasuke and itachi stumble in both falling on the floor as the door opens.

"sasuke!" itachi said annoyed

"sorry" sasuke apologize

"what are you guys doing, itachi go lay back down!" you say to them in a stern tone.

itachi and sasuke gather themselves and stand up. "i'm actually cleared to go home" itachi said

"me too" kakashi informed.

"good, i'm glad your doing well. i'm going to take sasuke back home, you coming?" itachi asked looking at me.

" well actually, sasuke we should go train sense im free to go. we should go grab naruto and sakura on the way" kakashi said walking up to sasuke.

sasuke grunted at the sound of sakuras name and him and kakashi walked out.

" see you later" sasuke waved as kakashi smiled and also waved at me and itachi.

"alright come on let's go home" itachi says to me wrapping his arm around my arms and squeezing.
