torn inbetween (shisui x reader x kakashi )

you and itachi had just finished breakfast and started to clean up. you couldn't help but feel empty ness where sasuke used to sit and eat with the two of you. things always seemed a little gloomier since he left.

" shisuis coming back from his mission today" itachi informed

you blushed a little and picked up the last plate on the table

"are you going to go see him?" he asked

"i'm not sure" you said shyly

"why wouldn't you?"

itachis phone rang interrupting the conversation.

"one second" he said as he dried his hands from washing dishes and answered the phone

"hey, what's up" he answered

you couldn't hear who was on the other side

"yeah" he continued " alright i'll see you in a little"

"who was it?" you asked while putting away the plates

"shisui, why don't you want to see him?" he said it seeming like he wanted an answer out of you, and fast.

"well, it's not that I don't want to, it's just weird since I saw him with that girl... i can't get the Image of them out of my head" you said with hurt in your voice

" what?! he cheated on you?" itachis tone changed completely

"he didn't cheat,  we were never together"

" that son of a bitch" itachi said lowering his voice. it confused you why he was getting so upset " when i see him i swear i'm gonna-"

and right then the door bell rang. itachi stormed up to the door and as soon as he opens it he swung a punch.

shisui had lightning fast reflexes though and grabbed ahold of his fist before it hit him.

"well that's not how you welcome a friend you havnt seen in a week" shisui joked but itachi didn't find it funny and threw his other hand as him.

this time shisui grabbed ahold of his wrist.

"you are so dramatic" you said towards itachi rolling your eyes and shisui looked over at you confused

itachi tried to kick at him but shisui blocked it using itachis hand.

"okay enough itachi , what?" shisui said throwing itachis back his arms.

" what's this i heard about you messing around with someone else?" itachi said to him

shisui looked over at you, you shook your head in disapproval and he looked back at itachi

" it was a misunderstanding" he said with guilt

"misunderstanding my ass" itachi huffed and turned around to go into his room

" i didn't know he'd get so upset" you said not making eye contact

"you're his sister, of course he's gonna defend you.." there was silence for a moment " about that though... I really am sorry"

"it's okay, you were right too, i shouldn't have been so lovey dovey with kakashi when you were around." you said looking down and crossing your arms

"hey" shisui said walking over to you " it's okay" he placed his hand on your shoulder and used the other one to lift up your chin "we'll move past it" he said smiling.

he brought his face closer to yours. you could feel his lips inches away from you and you felt your stomach swirl thinking about him.

you hadn't felt his lips in yours in what felt like forever. you closed your eyes in preparation for his kiss but just when you thought he was going to kiss you he picks his head up and kissed your forehead.

you quickly opend your eyes out of embarrassment and looked at him.

"come over tonight so i can apologize ...properly" he said before  softly before moving away from you

he started walking away " i gotta talk to itachi but i'll see you later"

"yeah.. i have to, uhm , get groceries anyway." you stuttered

he gave you a cute smile and walked into itachis room

shit now i actually have to go get groceries you thought to yourself.

when you got home the house was empty. you put everything away and figured it was time to start getting ready to go over to shisuis

you took a quick shower and slapped a little bit of concealer and mascara on. you put a cute panty and bra set on and a tank top and jeans over it.

as you were just about to walk out the door, Itachi came walking in with izumi.

"hey ,y/n, this is izumi" itachi introduced you to each other

"hi izumi, it's great to finally meet you" you said while bringing her in for a hug

"you too!" she said excitedly

"i wish i could stay and talk but i'm in a rush" you said apologeticly

"oh that's okay, maybe we can grab lunch this week?" izumi proposed

"that sounds great! i'll see you guys later" you said before hugging itachi goodbye and leaving to go to shisuis.
