you braided your hair and put on a basic outfit. nicer then what you would usually wear but not too nice considering you weren't sure what the night would bring. you walked out of your bedroom once you were ready to go and saw shisui and itachi sitting on the couch playing shogi.
"okay i'll be back later." you say to itachi as you open the front door.
"be safe" itachi replied. shisui didn't look up from there game once.
you close the door behind you and head to where sasuke was training with kakashi. you sat in tree watching the end of sasukes practice, waiting for kakashi to finish so you could talk to him.
sasuke, naruto, and sakura were all in a formation where the three of them would work together to defend themselves. kakashi wasn't in sight so you laid down on the tree and waited to see what the three were up to.
"hey" you hear kakashis voice. looking up from the trio you see kakashi reading his book next to you.
"hi" you reply back blushing .
"you look nice" he says to you not taking his eyes off his book. "doing anything special?" he asks
"well" you say " i did have plans to go on a date with this guy, but it looks like he'd rather go on a date with a book" you say teasing him.
"ohh, is that so?" he says standing up closing his book. "let me try again" he says smiling through his mask. "y/n, would you like to go to dinner tonight with me?" he asks as he picked up a little purple flower off the ground handing it to you.

his words and actions made you blush. through all your years of dating no one has actually ever gotten you flowers. "and what about your students?" you ask gazing into his eyes.
" i was just about to finish up today anyways. give me one second." and with that he disappeared from in front of you.
kakashi then attacked the trio standing in the middle of the field. sasuke threw his shuriken towards kakashi but he dodged. naruto then tried to attack kakashi head on but he only ended up hitting the ground next to him.
you could tell kakashi was trying to show off because he knew you were watching but still you didn't mind.
the fight didn't last long until all three students were tied up together against a tree.
"you guys have to learn to work together, at the same time." he begins to scold. "if not you'll never achieve your goals."
sasuke grunt and looks away from him. " it's only because naruto insisted" it wasn't not much later until sasuke and naruto started bickering at each other and sakura started to cry because of it.
"alright, enough. i have things to do" kakashi said leaving the three of them tied to the tree. "see you guys tomorrow" he waves as he walks back over to where you were.
"KAKASHI SENSI AREN'T YOU GOING TO UNTIE US" naruto yells out but he just ignores them. you giggle at the sight in front of you.
"they'll be fine" he says as he winks at you and grabs your hand as you start to walk back to the town.
