"We've gotta hurry! We're almost too late." Tikal told him. "I'm gonna teach you a new power." She said. A bright light covered Roger's eyes. Then he obtained boost.
"There's not time to explain. But once you start to get close to that power. You'll have fuzzy vision. Then headaches. And more stuff. That means you're leaving the Spirit Realm. And entering the Between Realm. Then you'll be in contact with physical objects." Tikal explained as quick as she could. Then Roger ran as fast as he could and started boosting.
The sun is falling in the sky beyond
Roger started running and boosting towards the destination.
Light is fading from our world
Then started platforming from burning pieces that were slowly suffering the impact.

Roger jumped on the destroyed pieces then started parcour and finally landed on the ground and boosted into a spring and got sent flying up. Then he landed on another platform and boosted. "Gr... it's starting." The fuzzy vision started meaning he was traveling another dimension.
Between Realm

He started dodging energy orbs that were coming for the attack. His vision made it harder but he managed to avoid all the traps and robots then boosted to the next spring that took him up.

After landing he started doing tricks to avoid the blasts. The head aches started and caused him to lose his balance. Then he ran into a laser that shocked him. It all started going down hill till a rocket exploded him and made him fall.
"They're all counting on me... Even if they don't know I'm here... I can't stop now!" Roger quickly grabbed the wall. He ignored the pain on his hands. And started up his running skill that he learned WAY earlier in the story. Then combined that with his boost while running up the building.
Regular Realm
"Isn't there anything we can do? Tails? Tails...?" Knuckles looked into the distance of what Tails was looking at. He saw a blue light with red glitches around it running up the building. "Is that...?" Knuckles asked. "I don't know..."

Roger ran up the wall. Missiles started shooting at him and he had to quick step to avoid them. Then lasers started firing and he had to go faster while ignoring the head aches and vision. Then he had to jump off the wall and landed on a platform and started legit parcouring and boosting into enemies.

He avoided energy orbs and homing attacked enemies. Then he spindashed into a bunch of enemies and started wall jumping. Then he ran to the other side of the area and ran past the incoming lasers. And he started running on the wall then jumped back to the platform.

He started boosting into more and more robots while dodging more lasers and rockets.
Ignore the pain. Almost there. Just keep moving Roger said in his head
Suddenly a giant vaporizing laser appeared out of nowhere. And he had to go faster to avoid getting killed. And he started boosting until he saw a wall. And a big one too. He started running on the wall then quickly got up and started boosting again.

The laser went faster and nearly got him. But he jumped on a spring ex machina. And managed to avoid it. Then he landed on a platform. And charged directly at the sun.
Gotta finish this in one move. What can I do? That's it! Roger planned
Roger went as fast as he could. 2 other clones of himself appeared. And all 3 of them started boosting directly into the sun. "Let's do this!" They all shouted at once.
TRIPLE BOOST
Apparentally a triple boost can match an entire sun. Because that makes sense.

Regular Realm
Roger/Sonic heard Tikal's voice echo in his head as he screamed while being flinged into the battlefield. Then he landed face first into the ground next to all his friends and their celebrating army.
"Sonic! Is it really you!?" Tails shouted trying to get him out of the dirt. "Thanks Tails. Ya it's me." Sonic said. Then Shadow punched him in the face. "Shadow! What was that for!? I just saved your lives." He said. "That's for earlier." "What did I do!?"
"What!? Impossible! Sonic can't be alive!" Eggman shouted in surprise. "I have my ways." Sonic answered then fell to the ground tired. "No matter. However you stopped the attack must've exhausted you. I still have my chances." Silver uses his psychokinesis and grabbed Eggman and threw him to the side.
"No time for reason. Don't show them mercy. Go hard into battle. Show them what you got now!" Knuckles shouted not stealing the words from the song. Everyone started to charge into war once more.
"Wait so there's 2 Sonics?" Amy asked. "No. I'm the REAL Sonic. That guy is an imposter. Aka. Mimic." Sonic explained as he got up. "Mimic!? But how does he have your powers!? And why doesn't he have brown eyes!?" Whisper questioned. "I don't know." Sonic replied.
Mimic appeared and started boosting into them. Then Omega ex machina appeared and protected them from him. "Omega!? Where'd you come from!?" Rouge shouted in surprise.
"I believe Emmy called it a ex machina." Omega answered. "Emmy? You mean Emma?" Amy asked.
"Nope. Names Emmy the Master Emerald Echidna thing." Emmy said. "Sonic you're here! Is Tikal here?" She asked. "No idea. Maybe she went to Chaos to do whatever."
What have we been missing? Everyone thought
Spirit Realm
"i wouldn't do that! Maybe... It depends on the situation." Tikal said watching everyone.
Regular Realm
"Anyone else notice how we've been ignoring the enemy and they haven't even been attacking us." Shadow said. And everyone noticed that he was right and charged into war for some reason.
"So what's the plan?" Sonic yelled at the others. "Who wants to volunteer? We need someone to fight Mimic. Someone to fight Infinite. And someone to find source of power. Then we'll send reinforcements to that." Knuckles said.
"I'll take Mimic." Sonic answered.
"I'll deal with Infinite." Shadow said.
"I'll find the power." Tails smart.
And they all ran off to do what they said they were gonna do.
