G!P Lauren
"What did you expect he was going to do, throw it back?" I laughed at my best friend, following her to our shared dorm room.
"I mean yeah! That's what a sane person would do! Not fucking throw it away!" We were telling each other about our days on campus.
I unlocked our dorm room and let her in.
"What are you doing this weekend?" She asked, watching me shut the door and set my bag down.
"I'm just gonna stay here. I don't really have anything to do and my parents are still down in Texas." She smiled.
"Does that mean you're willing to come to my parents place with me?" I sighed.
"I don't know, Lana..." I'm not good with new people and the thought of being in a whole room of new people didn't seem fun.
"Pleaseeee! I'll do your laundry for a whole month!" I sighed.
"Fine." She smiled and we packed our things.
Soon enough the 20 year old girl was driving me to Miami.
"Don't freak out when you meet my mom. She's kinda famous and she adopted me when I was 16. She's only a couple years older." I furrowed my eyebrows.
"She adopted me after my parents died. She's actually my aunt." I nodded and soon enough I was walking into the house.
"Lana! Hi, Nugget!" The green eyed woman hugged Lana.
"Hey, Mom! This is my roommate, Y/N. I'm sorry I didn't tell you she was coming." Lana apologized and the Cuban woman's eyes met mine.
I was 3 years older than Lana which meant that the older woman couldn't be older by much.
The woman's eyes scanned me over, resting in my cleavage.
"Uhmm, hi. I'm Lauren, Lana's mom." I smiled and didn't think much of the woman's wandering gaze. I got it a lot since my major was modeling.
"It's nice to meet you, Miss Jauregui-"
"Y/N come on!" Lana grabbed my wrist, dragging me up the stairs.
She then proceeded to tell me about the family barbecue that was going to happen tomorrow and such.
"I can set you up with my cousin, Shawn!" She gushed.
I groaned.
"Woah woah woah, Lana! Slow down!" She looked at me.
"What?"
"I.... Lana I don't like boys." Her eyes held confusion.
"Lana, babe I'm a lesbian." Her eyes grew wide.
"WHAT?!"
"Since when?!" She shook me from side to side.
I laughed.
"Since forever! It never came up!" With that being said and done with we began to get dressed for bed.I had my back to Lana as I got dressed.
"So, any cute girls at Uni?" She asked, making me hum.
"I don't really pay attention to looks, Nana." I replied, the nickname rolling off my tongue so naturally.
"Then what do you look for?" I slipped my oversized hoodie on and turned around when Lana said I could.
"I look for passion. Passion in anything. I look for self care, people who are mentally strong enough to withstand a healthy relationship and to build one." Lana rolled her eyes.
