***It made more sense to put some scenes in Sirius' PoV, or closer to, so bits of text in bold are Sirius' PoV***

Lily Potter had watched the last few weeks events with extreme caution, her heart breaking when she watched Harry break, Sirius break, Remus break. She had watched Sirius break so many times, Remus a few too, but Harry had always been so strong, and for that she was proud. She heard what Sirius said to Harry that first night she was there, and she almost burst with joy. Her son was safe with her boys. 'Hush James.' She said, as she watched Harry, Sirius and Remus laughing over tea and some records, or Harry running with Padfoot in the park. She was glad Harry could have some kind of childhood, even if it were only for a summer. Lily had been furious when Dumbledore had dropped her son of at Petunia's, he knew the pair hadn't spoken since their Father died. She had been even more furious when she observed how Petunia treated Harry over the years. James was just as angry, but he drew the line at causing a riot in... well... wherever they were.

'James! Come over here!' Lily spoke lowly, stretching out a hand to pull James over. She was listening to Sirius and Remus talk, and she thought James should hear to. 'They'd murder us if they knew we were listening.' James whispered, crouching next to his wife.

'Dementor day?' Remus asked, stroking Sirius' hair absently. Sirius considered it for a moment, then shook his head. 'No. Just bad day.' Lily smiled sympathetically, wishing she could be down there. 'Why bad day?' Remus asked, his amber eyes unmoving and fixed on Sirius. 'Don't know. Just bad day.' Sirius shrugged. He rolled over to face Remus and kissed him gently before sitting up. 'Come on, we've got plans.' Sirius grinned devilishly.

Notes: This chapter is here basically because I wanted to introduce the next chapter as well as possible, which is why it's so short.
